He was very helpful with the pick up as the crazy rainfall caused many delays, but he was extremely patient and waited for my team to come back in order for him to take the lift. Would totally recommend them, especially James.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the rental guy's for the first time today. I rented a mini excavator for the day to dig a trench for a leech field pipe. I booked the rental the day before. The entire process was done online. Payment, booking ect...It was very easy to book and after looking at multiple other companies. They had the best rates, the least complicated procedure and best response time. I had selected the 7 to 1 PM window for delivery. At 9 :15 am one of their representatives James called me. He asked if I was home to receive the equipment. I was happy to get it earlier than later. When James got to my house he was very courteous. He made the experience very easy and pleasant. The equipment was exactly as advertised. There's no diesel surcharges. The equipment comes clean and operational with a full tank. Personally I was very impressed and I am sold on this company's service. I will go back to them 100% whenever I need equipment rental again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James, who delivered the excavator was fantastic and super friendly! The entire process was so smooth, we got a heads up phone call for delivery and pick up time and it could not have been easier. So lucky we found this place online! Highly recommend.

They recommend the perfect equipment to get the job done and accomodated out tight weekend time line. I Would rate higher if could.
