β β β β β I was told on the phone the service would cost a flat rate to be done. When the plumber arrived, he wanted to charge me the flat rate, plus an hourly rate for the job. When I said no, and told him I'd find someone else to do the job, he sighed and said he would do it for the flat rate.
While he did the work, he kept wondering out loud if it would take more than an hour to complete, hinting that because of the flat rate, maybe the job wouldn't be finished? It ended up taking them only 30 minutes...
When they were done, the plumber left a mess in my kitchen, there was water and drain gunk everywhere I had to dispose of.
The job was completed at the agreed upon price, but I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

β β β β β Start to finish wonderful experience! Nav came exactly at 8:00 am and first installed the water tank as the old one was due for an exchange. Then he removed the garburator under the kitchen sink, and changed the sink faucet as well. He thoroughly checked for any kind of water leakage and was quick and efficient overall. The prices were competitive too, and I would definitely recommend them to others and will remember them for future services. Very happy customer!

β β β β β Went with Guru for central AC install. There was a 1 week delay on the agreed upon install date as the condenser unit had not arrived when scheduled. Once the unit was delivered the staff came in and installed the system and had it up and running in a few hours. Staff answered my questions and site was cleaned up afterwards. Not the lowest price but not the highest, I would use them again as I was satisfied with the work that was done.

β β β β β I have used their services a couple of times now. They have always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explain in detail what they are doing so that I feel confident if I need to repeat the process myself I can (e.g. if I need to relight a pilot light manually that might go out later).

β β β β β All interactions from speaking on the phone with company to Dan, our repair person, were helpful and respectful in figuring out what to do and everyone was very knowledgeable. Dan is a wealth of knowledge and has years of experience and varied skills and certifications. The owner had thought ahead to order extra parts in anticipation of not being able to get them as needed. Otherwise we would have had to wait for some time. We appreciate having a company we can count on to be honest and able.
