★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my sons birthday there yesterday, was informed to be there at 940 to have all waivers signed ect... the staff rolled in 3 minutes to 10 have lots of people standing outside waiting for them. So we get in get all forms filled out finish that at 1020 and then they told us the kids can only jump until 11?!!??! I was furious.
Also it states that the price per person attending the birthday was 31.00 I was charged 32.50. The place was not clean the bathrooms we so gross, Probably hadn't been cleaned in a week the garbage was over flowing..... it just OPENED. They brought us another parties food. 447.50 I paid was NOT WORTH IT. save your money and go else where
Also bring another cake with you the 8 in isn't enough. You also have to use the same utensils for the pizza to cut the cake which is a spatula.
NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a birthday party here yesterday around 4pm. It was our first time here. And wow. The placed was packed!! No social distancing whatsoever. No one was checking vaccine passport. Most people were not wearing masks, including the parents that were not jumping!! No one was enforcing any rules. The place was dirty, garbage everywhere. It had a tiny bench at the viewing deck maybe a max of 3 people could seat. My friends and I had to stand there for 2 hours waiting for the kids. If we get sick in the next couple of weeks, we know where we got it from.
With that being said, it’s a fun place for kids. Bottom line: I will not go back until covid is over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be good but has obviously fallen into total neglect by owners. The trampolines are in disrepair which is dangerous and it's pretty dirty and smells dank. Garbage on trampolines, and a nasty brown film on the green padding. No supervision by staff whatsoever. Also half the things are closed and there's no seating or food. Lack of air circulation or air conditioning... Just a pretty bleak experience, would not recommend. Also had a birthday party here a while ago and it was not as advertised at all. Won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty awesome…be prepared , we went on a Saturday and it was super busy. Basically it’s a giant warehouse in Langley loaded with trampolines with a basketball section, dodge ball section, a climbing wall with a harness. The kids favourite part is when they shut off the lights and turn on the black lights so make sure to wear white and bright fluorescence Colours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved party of 10 the day before, the website clarified that someone would call me within 12 hours to process my reservation but I never received one so I decided to call them hours prior to our time slot. The women that picked up was very rude and left it at a "You need a 48 hours notice, we're fully booked today, bye."
No where on the website did it state I needed a 48 hours notice? Why even give me the option to book a slot the next day?
My party of 10 decided to drop in instead to which we were efficiently signed in. Unfortunately, the locker, seating, and bench area were extremely filthy. The washrooms were not sanitary at all and this whole place was a health hazard. The half tube and foam pit were closed off and there was no supervision at all.
The trampolines were musty but to be fair, Extreme Air Park lived up to it's name. The air was pretty extremely humid, sweaty, and smelly. No ventilation and a terrible environment and staff.
Decided to jump in the foam pit and leave. Dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place on rainy or snowy days.
Decent to moderate price (<$70 for 3 kids).
Snack/junk machines but no real food available. Would be nice to get fries or hot dog or pizza or salads. But I know that would make for messy little fingers and then messy equipment. Personal drinks and maybe some food seems to be allowed in.
No tables to sit at. That sucks. Benches available but not too comfy. The parents room is good. Seats 8 people. No kids allowed and free wifi.
We will be back.
2022 and we are back.
UNORGANIZED. Not enough staff. No fridges for party food when we need to be here for 2.5hrs before eating on a hot day.
Garbage all over the place. Dried spilled food in the main floor. Not enough storage space for kids’ shoes. No limit on participants so it’s super crowded.
We WONT be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I can't blame the staff, because they obviously don't make the decisions on how this place is run or how poorly staffed it is.
Didn't see any staff in the jump areas our entire stay. No enforcement of masking rules and adults were by far the biggest offenders!
Never saw any sort of cleaning happening at all. Didn't seem to be any sort of capacity enforcement. Parking lot was chaos. Trash all over the seating area.
Also they don't need to see vaccine passports? Seems strange to me that they wouldn't be required at a business like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for my nephew's 5th birthday. First time there. Even though we had a reservation, the wait time was crazy, to make matters worse, it was raining a bit and we had to wait in the rain with our kids. When we finally got in, I wasn't impressed at all, very limited seat at the viewing area. I had to stand for over an hour holding my 18-month-old son. I won't be going back.
