I highly recommend these guys and it has been a pleasure everytime I visit! 5 star service and expertise.

I'm a new rider and have bought two RE Himalayan's (first purchase in Nov2018 and April2019) and everything from the customer service to the bike ran very smoothly! Shane and the whole shop were "yes" people to pretty much every one of my requests about my bike purchase. Their prices seem to be fair and their customer service is top notch, be warned it is a smaller family run shop so you may have to call more than once but if you leave a message someone will usually get back to you sooner or later. Just have patience! Shane and (what I'm assuming) is his father was able to answer a lot of my questions very honestly about my bike and bikes in general (although I had already done a little bit of research on my own beforehand). I came to their shop with respect and rode away feeling just as respected. Thanks to everyone at Shail's for making a new rider feel welcome.

It had been sitting for 5 years, so I replaced the battery, but it still wouldn’t start. I did some research, sounded like a fuel pump issue from sitting so long. I called Shail, told them about my bike. They directed me to a fella that could transport my bike to their shop. He was great. He showed up in a cube van, we wheeled it in, and he dropped it off at Shail. They replaced the fuel pump and filter, and recommended I replace a couple minor things related to the fuel system (things that I have seen recommended on BMW forums). So I did that, too. A few days later I picked it up and it runs like a dream. No complaints on the cost of the service. Thanks Shail!
D	Don McPhail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a BMW GS100 from Shails many years ago, way back when they were down under what I think was the Granville Bridge. I lived in PG back then.... Well I live in the Okanagan now and ride a R1100GS, which I just put a new battery in today. Long story short, my turn signals didn’t work and as we no longer have a local dealer here, I called Shails to see if they had any ideas. I didn’t expect to get the time of day on the phone, but I called hoping for some help, and I got it..:) I’ve since fixed it for cheap as dirt, but that’s not the only reason why I’m giving Shails such a good review. When I called them today, I got Shail himself on the phone, who personally walked me through a few possible causes for my electrical woes. He found parts for me, and then offers me a1/2 price for the same parts, used of course, but guaranteed working...He stuck with me and made sure that I understood what to look for. Well, I’m as impressed as hell. Lots of places won’t give you any support over the phone, and couldn’t be bothered with you unless you’re in their shop. Shails rekindled a business relationship with me today!! Thanks for all your years in the business of BMW sales and repairs, it’s no wonder you’re still in business! Thank you!

I have to say that their prices are better than what I've seen at other dealerships and they are great at helping out! I couldn't get one of my tires beads to fall in after I did the installation so I took it in to them fixed it no problems in minutes and they didn't even charge me. Thank you for the prompt and great service!

My RE dealer (International Motorsports) does not stock anything and delivery dates are unknown. Both times I inquired at Shail's and not only were the accessories in stock, the price was at least 25% less. Thank you Shail's! It's worth the beautiful drive to Langley. I will also be wanting to bring my bike there for servicing!

I was on the ferry from Vancouver Island immediately, and went to buy this minty XR! They even threw in a T shirt, this place was awesome to deal with!
