As a first time client (ever) for my procedure, I was very pleased with Skin Secrets and will be returning again in the future. I had the process and expectations explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. I felt very comfortable, and by comparison, I found that Skin Secrets offered good value for their service.

came highly recommended through friends and service is excellent! very happy! HOWEVER - CUSTOMER SERVICE through the front desk/booking appointments is VERY POOR…some days you’ll call for hours no answer or you get the run around trying to book ??‍♂️ but once you get in, great experience! ? *updated* was called by their office and told to basically go somewhere else (they recommended random places that they had just pulled up on google that don’t actually do tattoo removal) because they didn’t have time to fit in quick 5 min appointments for small laser tattoo removal, extremely disappointed as i had really enjoyed going there, i had expected them to be more accommodating like i would think most places would be for a $100+ treatment and 5mins of time…so if you’re looking for any appointments with them it’s best to call and book when they have availability, they will NOT work with you otherwise.

I am beyond pleased with my overall experience at Skin Secrets. I had tear trough filler done. This has been a procedure I’ve been thinking about for years and have had many consultations at different establishments for it. I was so hesitant because I’ve not done any medical cosmetic procedures previously, am not at all fond of needles, and ITS MY FACE!!! I was so nervous about something going wrong. However, I settled on Skin Secrets for a few reasons: 1. A physician does the tear trough filler. Given how delicate this area is, this made me feel much more comfortable and confident. Especially as I was given a telephone consultation prior to the procedure. (Many other places I consulted with had a nurse injector do tear trough filler). 2. The procedure is done over two sessions, which lends the ability to start conservative and then go from there. This also limits the possibility of migrating or overfilling of the area (many other places I consulted with did it in one session). 3. The price is remarkably fair. And while I wouldn’t recommend just looking for the cheapest place, as this is your face, this was definitely a pleasant surprise. 4. They offer some evening appointments, which made it easier to book around my work schedule. Further pleasant surprises: 1. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. 2. Dr. Neitzel is exceedingly patient and skilled. I didn’t feel rushed during either of my appointments. I actually almost fainted during my first appointment (nothing that he did! I’m just not fond of needles and didn’t eat before the procedure! My bad!) and he was very kind, reassuring, got me an ice pack, and gave me all the time I needed to settle down before proceeding to the next eye. I am a (new) customer for life. I’ll go no where else for my medical spa needs. *I’m not usually someone who writes big long reviews, but I know how much I appreciated reading other people’s experiences to aid in my decision. And this doesn’t even begin to touch on how fantastic this clinic is! If you are thinking of getting something done, I would recommend Skin Secrets 100%. 10/10 on every front.

This clinic is the best place to go for your Botox! If you are reading reviews trying to decide whether to book an appointment or not, believe me when I say DO IT! Chelsea is very knowledgeable and aside from making your skin look and feel great, she also does a fantastic job making you feel comfortable and welcomed no matter what you are there for. Highly recommend booking in with her!!

Everyone is upbeat & positive and makes you feel so comfortable & welcomed. Over the years I’ve tried different places for Botox and was never happy with the results. I have been going to skin secrets for about a year now and I absolutely love them. The staff at skin secrets are wonderful. So welcoming and friendly. The nurse that did my Botox was knowledgeable and was able to help me decide the best areas for me for what I wanted to achieve. I feel safe in their care and confident that they will always work with me to meet my skin goals. The office is also beautiful!
