They will hang you out to dry and tell you they will work out a solution then not return calls or Emails

We were on a time crunch but that didn't stop Alex from going over everything with me and making it all happen for my very first home! Since then he sent me a lovely sign and checks in to make sure I am still comfortable with my mortgage or to see if I have any questions. Can't thank Alex and his team enough for their hard work!

Getting text and email updates on how things were going and what stages we were at was really helpful. And being able to do everything online or over the phone made our busy schedules not something that was in the way of getting our mortgage done. However, this time around our realtor highly recommended Alex... I wasn't too excited about the idea at first but I decided to give it a shot. Fast Forward to closing a deal and, Alex has exceeded all my expectations. His level of care and service blew me away. Even in moments where I felt nervous about the deal, he creatively made the numbers work. I can tell that he loves his job, and is passionate about making the mortgage process as easy as possible for his clients.
