I recently visited , from phone call to new tires for my Dodge Ram, their knowledgeable and suggestion, went above and beyond. First thing Saturday morning I was in full on panic mode as I limped into Fountain Tire before their opening time. Inder was already there behind the counter. He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Given that Saturdays are probably the busiest day in the shop he was able to fit me in and have me on my way in no time flat…no pun intended! I am extremely grateful. Thank you to Inder and his team, they truly saved the day!

Today is my birthday & I had two nails in my rear tire after work. Argh! I called him, he said to bring it by & he got it fixed right away just at closing time. And n/c for a birthday surprise!! Wow!! It went from bad to great in less than an hour :). Thank you James! I highly recommend Fountain Tire Langley, they give great service!

The shop I used to use closed when the owner retired, and I've been to 5 other shops for alignments on my modified cars. I was a bit worried at first, since I've had such poor luck at other alignment shops, but fountain tire did a great job. My steering wheel was off about 5° from centre when I got it back, although it drove straight. I went back the next day and they scheduled me in that week to fix it. Steering wheel is straight now and the car drives and tracks straight. I'd definitely go back for my next alignment.

They were extremely professional, helped me pick the best tires for the amount of driving I do, completed the work before the scheduled time and even delivered the car to me when I couldn't leave work.. The entire team is to be commended for their ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE.. I'll be getting tired from Fountain for ALL my vehicles.. Thank you guys again for helping me out! :)
M	Max Sergeyenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service I have experienced by far. They go above and beyond for their customers. Brought in my car with old tires and a new set of tires. Got them switched up with no issues. Even though I did not purchase the tires from them, when some shops liturarly tell you off if you don't buy the tires from them (because they want more money and they get a cut from selling tires). I also take a very good care of my car and almost always my wheels comes off there is new damage on them with other shops, after this service I did not notice anything new on my wheels, which is great! They do have a touchless tire machine to minimize damage. Costs a bit more but well worth it! I cannot speak for every person working there as I only talked to one guy, but James at the front desk is very knowledgeable, easy going, and will help you out with any issue you might have. Ask for him if you would like a great service!

They respond quickly to their online contact which I found impressive after many other local competitors failed to even respond to online questions or requests. Service went smoothly and when a small issue came up after my service they quickly accommodated me to come in on short notice to resolve the problem. I will return for future service and repairs.

In light of their stacked schedule he managed to source me a new tire and get the new one swapped in same day. Super friendly staff, great place to service your vehicle.
