Just purchased my Honda pilot at Yonker it was a pleasant experience. Sales consultant Wagar " Ali" Roshan was extremely helpful answering all my questions and making everything go smoothly, can't thank him enough. And thanks to Catherine for making all the paperwork painless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yonker Honda to my friends

I bought my Civic here 15 years ago and am still driving it. Overall I would have given Jonker 5 stars, however, the last few times I have taken my car for service here it seems as though their car wash is leaving marks on my car. This is multiple times now where upon paying for my service, which I've been bringing my car here for routinely since purchase, I walk to my car outside and think "WHOA". The last visit which was a few days ago I mentioned it to my service manager and he said that they take before photos. I thought "great! Now I can find out for sure." Unfortunately the photos were either completely blurry or so grainy that no actual detail can be seen. He said he will note the damage which he did by taking a photo on their tablet and then bring it up with the manager who gets in Monday. Sadly I suspect I won't hear any more from them about this. The reason I suspect it was the car wash here is because since Jonker usually offers complimentary car wash, I don't take it for washes anywhere else. My car is a trooper and definitely has seen some wear in the 15 years I've been driving it, but these markings are at a specific, consistent height at consistent intervals, which I suspect is from the rotating mop string kinda device that washes either side. Overall the dealership gives a good experience but this rating is to reflect my disappointment after loyally and routinely bringing my car in for regular service and paying dealership rates for 15 years. My intention is to drive this car until it drops dead which is why I've kept up the service for the vehicle I bought here brand new and it is just disappointing to find such damages to the vehicle. I will try to attach some photos, see what you think, if you are a Jonker customer I caution you to think again about if you let them wash your car, or at least take clear before photos to present your case should you have a similar experience. Perhaps the car wash has been "upgraded" in recent years as I never noticed any issue for the first 13 or so years.

Went to view the Honda CR-V but also saw other vans I loved. Wanted to leave there with a vehicle and no one approached us and when we asked a sales person for help he seemed uninterested in helping and when asked questions he kept saying he wasn’t sure about anything. We got our Honda Civic here years ago and loved the way it drove but paint peeled right off. All the Honda civics had a paint issue for the year we bought and they wouldn’t fix it either and so this was the last straw.

Charging me for service that’s covered in warranty. Staff not telling me what my insurance covers. Moved to Surrey Honda and staff there were upfront, honest and did not charge me for anything. No need to contact you. We’re not planning on going back. WE DID LET THEM KNOW WE HAD ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. One man was interrupting our conversation with the person upfront. Bottom line, you were insisting on charging us despite telling you We have coverage. Like I said, we didn’t pay a dime at Surrey Honda. Surrey Honda also told us what our warranty covers and until when. When we asked for this information from you, your representative simply said β€œwe can see what you’re covered but we still need to charge you for this.” Without telling us what our warranty covers.

Wish to send a Huge Shout out to all the Service and Mechanical staff at Jonker Honda. You guys are the very best! My senior Mother (80 Yrs) had her vehicle serviced by you folks and the staff there treated Her with such dignity and respect. You were fair, honest and did so much for such a fair price. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Senior Citizens who can be most vulnerable at this stage of their lives. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Traumatizing! I bought my (Honda Certified) Odyssey 2018 last night and then the following day it won't run and showing all these problems (pictures attached)! Phoned them right away and they asked me to drive my car there (that won't run at all). Good thing I have very nice neighbors that jumped start my car so I was able to take it back to Jonker. They checked the car and said that it was the battery. They have replaced it with no cost, however, Interesting that they brag it's "Honda Certified" then it didn't run the following day. Hoping that this is the only problem of the car. My confidence in using this car went from the sky all the way to the ground. =(
