Zach basically outdid himself by delivering to me the best deal that I could have imagined. He is very honest and full of energy and does not even push a sale, and to top it up the sales manager Shaun Ball also played a vital role in negotiating with me rather than sitting in the office like the other stereotypes. Amazing team!! Thank you Zach and Shaun, we will definitely come back soon. Cheers!.

From the time we stepped onto the lot we were greeted by a very friendly salesman. He was not pushy, but actually listened to what we were after and reasons etc. He let us take a GV80 for a test and we loved it. We had a prior commitment to get to and came back the next week and he got us to test the GV70. Wow, what a piece of art. Both cars were amazing. Not only did Tommy Booth talk to us about going about how to order a vehicle le in, he listened on how I was also looking for a Truck. When we brought the GV70 back, he had "my new truck " waiting for me. Not only did we order a GV70, we bought the truck as well. Tommy is the rarest salesman I have one across and if I was a greedy person would not share him with anyone. He has reached out several times to see how I'm liking my truck. He is truly ome of the greats. We can't wait until our GV70 comes in. Thanks again Tommy!!

I was in rush of getting a new car and was under a lot of stress. Vincent and his boss, Shaun, did everything they can to make it happen. Really appreciate your hard work and love my new GV70!

Not only is Vincent extremely knowledgable & professional, he is truly passionate about cars & what he does. He spent time in explaining the trims, pros & cons of the vehicles we were looking into, and gave us non-biased comparison with competitors. I didn't hear him disparage any competitor brand/model, which is extremely rare in this line of work. I love cars but the whole experience of test-driving & deciding on my next purchase has always been tiresome, except for when I dealt with Genesis. I truly enjoyed my experience so far & I'm going to say this experience has converted me. I do believe Genesis is very lucky to have him on board.

I found out about his departure when I sent him an email and received an undeliverable email error (you'd think they'd proactively reach out to you introducing to your new experience manager). I then texted my former experience manager to learn that he had moved on. Next I emailed the GM and Sales Manager to understand who my new experience manager is, I got no response. I followed up again and received an email back stating that my experience manager would call me, I was also provided with his contact information... weeks later no one had called me. I sent an email again to both the sales manager and the GM of the dealership expressing my frustrations. I don't expect a whole ton but being someone that's in line to spend almost 100k on a vehicle you'd expect some proactive communication and a certain level of service quality. Neither the GM nor the sales manager ever replied to my last email. I have since contacted Genesis Canada to have my order transferred to another Genesis dealership. A very disappointing experience.

I was unable to leave my puppies at home while taking delivery of my car, so the team here looked after them for me. They even let them run around the showroom and got them toys to play with! I am so impressed with how above and beyond the folks at this dealership go to make the whole car shopping and purchasing experience a very memorable one. In general the way Genesis has positioned its brand and vehicles completely outclasses any other company in my opinion. From the design of the cars inside and out to their level of performance, it was very hard to justify buying anything else. Being able to go online and purchase the car exactly as I wanted with selected trim and having the pricing shown with detail really made it easy for me to get it priced the way I wanted. Once my order was complete online, my Experience Manager Zach reached out first thing in morning so that I could place my deposit and secure the car. From there I was in Contact with Shaun the Sales Manager who helped me go over the fine details before the vehicle arrived. All through out communication was very clear, thank you both for your help. The day the car arrived it was ready to go with all my additional accessories. From that time Zach has been a great contact for any additional questions that I've had, really appreciate it. I look forward to buying more Genesis's down road. Thank you once again!
