β β β β β Went to get my 4 cylinder head resurfaced, $70 after tax AND they cleaned it for free all in a matter of a few hours. Coming from lordco's machine shop that was refreshing, as I had brought Lordco a cylinder head only requesting a resurface and they charged me quite a lot for cleaning and my bill there ended up being double their quote. Lordco also had a couple day lineup, so I'll be doing all my machining needs here.

β β β β β Recommended by an acquaintance. It was quite far for me but I wanted to do business with a shop that wouldn't hose me.
I was very happy to find it was a "family" business. I like spending my hard earned money "locally" and with small business proprietors.
They were great to deal with. Helpful. Friendly. Had great machines. Most of all, they did excellent work on my cylinder head for a fair price.
Give them a chance if you're looking for services in their field, you won't regret it.

β β β β β Fantastic experience with Rob at NT Machine Shop. Complete cleaning, reboring/honing and prepping '74 Chevy engine block & head for rebuild. They sourced and provided all the components I needed to do the rebuild myself - while helping getting me started with installing the freeze plugs, cam bearings and attaching new piston to the rods. Fully recommend!

β β β β β Top notch work! Rob and Jennifer did an outstanding job on my Honda J30 cylinder heads. They look brand new!!!! These guys really know what they're doing. And their prices are excellent in comparison to some other places. Highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!!
Update: From the original post 6 months ago and 35,000km later. My Honda J-Series cylinder heads that NT Machine Shop rebuilt are still doing absolutely amazing! They are still clean!!!! Probably because I do very regular oil changes. But the cylinder heads they rebuilt including new valves are doing very very well, and the car is still running super super smooth! I have not had a check engine light since. The car is still runs like it is new. So I can attest that their work is excellent!

Was told next week before it would be ready.
5 weeks and several unreturned calls later I had to pick up my untouched block and take it to a competent shop to do this simple job.
Completely unprofessional service.
Take your business elsewhere.

β β β β β Everything is clear and fast. Gave for grinding two cylinder heads for my Dodge Grand Caravan. The next day in the morning they already called that you can pick up, everything is ready. The price is also very pleased - 120 for both.
