Jay suggested to use the old ball joint as it is still good and gave me the one that comes with the new lower arms. My ride is now stiff, just like brand new. I will definitely go back here for any of my suspension and brake repairs.

I just searched for alignment shops on Google Maps because I replaced my own struts, but I couldn't DIY an alignment. I'm so lucky to have found Jay's shop. I've had experiences in other businesses where I had doubts about the personnel and the quality of work. Not here. The owner here is a brilliant technician and probably the nicest person I've ever met. He even let me watch him do all the work while he explained everything to me. I'm normally not a very trusting person, but I'd trust him to work on my car again. If you need an alignment or any other work done on your car, no need to look elsewhere.

Other alignment shops want you booked in for the morning and they hold your car for the whole day until closing for just an aligment. I made an appointment showed up on time and the work was done on time at an extremely fair price. Jay is a great guy with a good sense of humor and even explained to me what he was doing. You cant get anymore honest than this guy. Will definitely be back!

If you know dodge diesels, you know that steering is their week point. And I’m very particular about having my steering tight and straight. My truck has over 430,000km and drives like new thanks to Jay. He’s a no BS kinda guy, straight forward, gives you his honest opinion and recommendation but will never force a sale on you or up sell you. If something is wrong / broken on your vehicle, he takes the time to show you and explain it to you. I recommend him to all of my friends. I live in Port Moody and happily make the drive every time to come here when needed.

I brought in my 1995 Lincoln Town Car and requested a bunch of work that I thought the car needed and it turned out it didn't need most of the components replaced, only the front shocks. He could of just done all the work and charged me accordingly but instead he told me the car only needs the front shocks so you don't need to spend all the extra money. Sure enough the car drives like a dream now. I will definitely come back when my car needs work done. Thanks Jay!
T	TheFonz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely awesome place and very reasonable pricing. super friendly staff and know what they are doing. brought my car in with a bent rear trailing arm.. they were able to tell me everything about my car and what i need to do to make it like new again. for the meantime they were able to adjust my alignment so its straight enough to drive til my parts arrive. 10/10 service. its hard to find a good friendly shop that knows what they are talking about but these guys fill that category. ill be back with my other cars and telling my friends about the great experience.
