Charged my Visa double than what it should have been with no permission.Two weeks patiently trying to get over charge issue dealt with no support.
Very disappointed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never deal with these guys again, I feel completely ripped off, brought my bus in to change the rear air bags, they said approx 2- 4 hours to complete the work, so got a bill for 22 hours, no phone call when they past the 4 hour mark to warn me of the situation, the bus now has problems airing up and they wanted to keep it longer + more hours to trouble shoot the problem, they believed a compressor issue, it aired up great before they worked on it and now when I turn the bus off I hear air leaks from the rear air bag area. Had difficulty paying the bill even with a discounted hourly rate, but they were happy to hold the bus for ransom until bill paid in full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the misfortune of having my fuso 4x4 overland camper serviced by a mechanic who had to be fired. When I returned with problems related to his work, they were dealt with professionally at no charge and with no quibbling. I don’t think they could have done a better job under the circumstances. The mechanic they assigned me went out of his way to ensure that I was confident that the repairs were done properly.
In the end an honest job for an honest price. Can’t really ask for more. Thanks again, I’ll be back.
