They added extra service on, at no charge, for recall-work (Pressure/Temperature Sensors) without me asking (Nice!). They were very responsive to messaging through the Mobile App, and the appointment itself was seamless. This new location is great! Some room for improvement, of course: - The appointment originally for just tires, I needed to ask if the extra work required more time. Turned out, it's 3-4h with a risk of not completing and needing to keep the car overnight. On a Friday, this means keeping the car for the whole weekend! Clearer messaging up front would have helped here. That said, they got the work done that day for me and I get to enjoy improved cabin temperatures. - Uber-credits were handed out versus having a loaner-fleet. Hopefully Tesla eventually brings back their loaner fleet. I know this is unlikely a choice by this location. It is a great way to show off their latest and greatest vehicles.
P	Peace For All on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, so good as we wait for our son's 2022 Tesla. Good sales staff but a long wait for the delivery of his car that predated our order from a different ? manufacturer. We'll see the trade-in value before we conclude our rating.

I reached out to a Tesla advisor at the Langley location who was a friend of a friend who provided exceptional customer service. Her name was Jessica who is a Tesla Sales Advisor at the Langley Tesla dealership. She understood my needs and answered all questions I had for the duration of time I waited before I took delivery of my car. If anyone is looking for a Tesla, don’t hesitate and reach out to Jess.

They will change your appointment without consult and give you different response each time you contact them. Also, please check your car properly during delivery from all angles. Tesla is known to have very poor quality control when it comes to cosmetic issues. I found our a slight dent in the second week which is only visible when there is direct light from the top. It got ignored during delivery because its hardly visible during day time on white. I got a run around for it where my appointments were moved without notice and I was given contradictory information by different people at different times. All I was given was uncertainty and false hopes. So definitely avoid their service and inspect your car very thoroughly.

He was a kind, genuine person who not only completed the maintenance on my car he went the extra mile to take a look at another issue I had with my Tesla screen. Best Tesla location I have ever been to and he genuinely cared about my car and was proud to be working for Tesla. Thanks for everything Raj, you’re a good dude!

He was very friendly and patient. He answered all my questions between the test drive and delivery. I would recommend this location. They take excellent care of their customers

We ordered our car and when we got it, on day 1 my car said features were disabled and when we got it serviced they said it was gonna be free But they saw that the tire was slightly damaged and they charged me $365 for something I didn’t want serviced. So basically do not go to Tesla because they WILL scam you and rip you off. THEY ARE FRAUDS.
