Really Bad Service and not happy with their service at all. I bought my car from here and i gave my car because it had impact on axle of the car because i got crashed in snow. I gave my car in January and I’m waiting for my car till now just because they are giving me any courtesy car at all. It’s been more than a month now. I recommended one of my friend to buy a car from them but don’t think so to tell anyone.

We just bought a new Tucson and are absolutely loving it. What a great car! Smooth driving, classy feel, great handling and superb fuel economy. Our purchasing process was easy and painless and we are thrilled with the service we got from Paul. Highly recommend Langley Hyundai

I had a VERY negative experience with this place. Came in to inquire about a car, ZLATAN took my $200 deposit and ended up not going through with them. I bought from a different dealer. They gave me the runaround to give my deposit back and it took 4-6 weeks for them to tell me they are going to snail mail it. I ended up having to pick it up all the way in Langley. Today, I got an email that someone bought a Santa Fe under my name. E-mailed the manager and he said this is not true. I later got a Sirius XM letter in the mail stating an activation was done with a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I DID NOT BUY THIS CAR!

Bad costumer service, please don’t go to Asher. You can see a sudden change in his behaviour after finalizing your deal. I will never recommend anyone to sales person Asher Stephen. He does not answer the call once he sells the car. I have tried calling him several time and trying to meet him but he avoids. if you like to Hyundai please don’t deal with Asher.I already purchased ionic from him and this is the service I get from this person.

Awful customer service from their dealership associates and sales mamanger. They don’t return phone calls, emails, or give any updates on the timeline or status of your lease of financed car. After several attempts to contact the associate responsible (Asher Stephen) for my lease and deposit, as well as the sales manager of the dealership, and have been left with radio silence for months. Very unfortunate due to the terrible professionalism and lack of regard for keeping their clients in the loop, as all I was seeking was somewhat consistent updates on the status of the car, and at the BARE-MINIMUM, for my calls and messages to be returned in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you are looking for prompt, thorough and consistent customer service.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Talk about a dealership who CARES! Awesome communication, car was ready to go, feature explanations were fantastic and they went the extra mile on insurance even! Can wait to see the new dealership that’s under construction! Great people, great cars, great experience!

I had a very positive with the Langley Hyundai team today. From reception to sales to financing was very easy, friendly and exceptionally transparent. Asher in sales was exactly the type of sales person a customer hopes for and helped me purchase the perfect car for my family's needs. Excellent experience!

The staff were friendly and efficient for my first routine maintenance service on my new EV. One of my wheels was found to be out of alignment, and I brought my all season tires to be swapped out at the same time, so I had a couple additional services on top of my routine maintenance. My service was completed an hour before the estimated length of time, which was great since I had mentioned I had an appointment later in the day so time would be tight. My issue was the price. I previously owned a Honda and had all service performed at the dealership. The tire mount and balance at Hyundai was $20 more than what Honda charges, and the wheel alignment was another $20 more. I wasn't thrilled to pay the higher price, but I accepted it and signed off. When it came time to pay, I was in a hurry to leave and paid the total amount without closely reviewing my receipt, even though it seemed a bit high. When I got home, I took a look and they had charged me a surprise $30 for "miscellaneous shop supplies, eg nuts, bolts, grease, lubricant, wheel weights." I don't know in what world they're spending $30 on shop supplies for a 2021 vehicle that the technician told me is in "excellent condition." These costs should be built in to the already high price of the specific and routine services I booked. This was not diagnostic and not a major repair. I will continue to visit Hyundai for my routine EV service but I will be going elsewhere for all other incidental maintenance.
