A	Amrit Dhudwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in awe. My electric car ( which I didn't purchase from Willowbrook used) ran out of battery and the near by chargers were not available. I pulled into Willowbrook used and Harp, no questions asked, let me use their charger for free. He was so quick to help. I would have been stranded and super late for work. I probably would have had to tow my car. I was at 2%. I've learned a valuable lesson for next time and I will definetly be recommending Willowbrook used!
M	Michael Jeffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE THEIR COMPETITORS PRICES. I bought a car from Willowbrook used in Dec of 2021….. I took a car home that the financing had a decent chance of going through for, our family fell in love with it and then they brought me in to sign the paperwork the following day only to find out after waiting for 3 hours in their showroom that the financing was not going to be going through. It was a little discouraging but their sales manager said that he would get me in a car and financed that night (which I was), however they had a lot of pricing, interest, etc all hidden until the very last second before I bought the car. It’s sneaky car buying tactics, and I won’t be a returning customer. They would have had my gf and my dad become new customers there but they decided to continue their shady tactics, once I brought them in. Their “window price” that they refuse to show you, until they make you sign papers stating you’ll purchase a vehicle from them, is so extremely high that it makes it seem like you’re getting a good deal once they put discounts onto it. But if you accept their discounts then you need to sign a waiver saying that you’re not accepting the trip they would have given you if you purchased at their sticker price. If you show them a price of the exact same car with the same km across the street they get some fast talking sales person to try and confuse you, just so you’ll sign their papers and forget about the fact that their price is ridiculously higher than their competition.

Unfortunately, I was naive and trusted that they would it me into something reliable. This was 6 months ago. I have since had to get new tires, found out they did not give me a flat (or anything to seal one), and now I'm dealing with an axle seal leak. I have no idea how this vehicle passed a safety inspection, leading me to the conclusion that one wasn't done be before selling.

I had to sit in the dealership for hours and hours....they pretend to show discounts on their cars but all they do is up their price and then subtract to what the list price is. I am definitely going to warn all my friends and relatives about this place. Very, very disappointed in this place. I have never had such a terrible experience in my 40 years of buying cars. There's a reason they don't post prices. Make sure whatever car you are looking for, google other dealerships for this car and you will see that their deals are no deals!

He was extremely patient, he listened, he took his time, did not push one vehicle over another. He allowed us to dictate the flow and pace of the sale. He made it easy. Although my situation was not without challenges we communicated to a point that we were able to come to an understanding that worked for me and my family. I was treated with the most respect and compassion. Harp and staff worked hard to help me achieve a life long dream of owning a full size 4x4 that was right for me. To be honest I was a bit skeptical of them not showing their inventory prices at first, but I realized something very quickly that as much the price matters, it's the team, the experience and their personal care that made a world of difference for me. As we went through the process, turns out the pricing was very competitive to the market as well. Jamaal and Richard were also very helpful throughout the process. I will surely be coming back soon for my next one.
