Edie :) Was a very helpful person! I’m a person who loves shopping but when it comes to finding sizes I struggle. Edie was so nice and polite. She helped and my sisters to find the perfect dresses and sizes. I wish I can give her more than 5 stars. She definitely needs a shoutout. May god bless her.

If you're a big girl, like myself, the clothes here are well designed and always comfortable, even the leggings. Staff are well informed and are absolutely lovely to their customers. A bit pricey but I'd like to call that fat tax, bigger clothes just cost more for some reason.

Zero customer service. clothing is fine...but everytime i go into this particular store...none of the staff will acknowledge you or greet you. I was shopping in the store for at least 25 mins. one staff member looked me right in the eyes and still didn't say anything. i was so put off that i left behind what i wanted to purchase.

Amy is an excellent worker. She helped me pick out a belt and bra. She was very helpful and friendly. Has a nice variety of clothing.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. If you want to feel invisible, this is the place to go. No one greets you when you walk in, no one EVER asks if you need help and you better bet they are not attentive enough to offer a change room. Funny thing is, I've seen them be super polite and courteous to other customers that walk in the store. But they seem to choose when and who to display nice behavious. If you are a PbehaviorOC beware, avoid and try another location. It's not worth the rude service you will receive here.

My husband and I visited the Penningtons Landmark Square location during their Customer Appreciation Sale between May 27-29th, 2022. We were immediately greeted warmly by a sales associate who informed us that everything was on sale 20 to 40% OFF. The same sales associate ended up providing full service for us for four full hours! I don’t think I lifted one finger in the whole experience. In total we met two associates who were kind and helpful. My husband didn’t feel out of place or left out of the experience while all this shopping was about me finding a new outfit for our event in a few days. Our impressions of the store were different from one another. His first impressions of the store when we entered: “Organized, tidy, impressive selection, inviting atmosphere.” My first impressions of the store when we entered: “Picked through but by no means messy. Organized, tidy, lovely atmosphere.” Our impressions of the store location: Large parking lot with lots of parking. Dated but nice strip mall location. Reasonably accessible however possibly dangerous if you have to cross Langley Bypass if you’re coming from the northern side, driving in the southernly direction (like we were). Next to a Boston Pizza, so maybe one day we’ll do some shopping after a lunch date there. Our impressions of the staff: Helpful, kind and friendly, knowledgeable, quick, outgoing. Altho I was not able to get the item I initially came in for, I ended up walking out with several items. Including romper, jumpsuit, matching silk skirt and blouse outfit, bras, panties, shape wear, boudoir bodysuit, jeans, shorts, tank top, necklace, sunglasses, belt (that I can remember off the top of my head). We saved close to $580 during this Customer Service Appreciation Event. Their regular priced items are on the higher side, but with this 40% OFF sale, we found it way more reasonable. If we would have been there and there wasn’t this Customer Appreciation Sale happening with it’s 40% OFF, we would have maybe purchased one outfit (just for an event I have in a few days). It was really nice to replenish my wardrobe after gaining some pandemic weight. Initially before visiting this store I looked for other Plus Sized Clothing boutiques/stores in my area and there are none. This was the only one. I noticed it’s bad reviews and it made me nervous to even visit this location. I didn’t want to waste time or money at a place that was going to be rude to myself or my husband. I feel that these negative reviews are not fully honest/correct of this location based off of what both my husband and I experienced yesterday. Hence the reason for why I’m reviewing (and participating in their store questionnaire that is at the bottom of my receipt). It’s been a while since I’ve work costumer service, but I have lived and worked in this area of the lower mainland my whole life. I have watched our community become a hoard of "Karens" over the years. I think these negative reviews are from such people. I even over heard one yesterday while I was at the store checking out at the till. Her poor attitude about how "yesterday she purchased something at one price and then today to only find out that there was a sale going on" and she was very demanding to the manager (who was holding her own professionally). I say, if you’re looking for a great shopping experience please shop here. Bring your good mood with you. To the “Karens”; be better. You’re an embarrassment and you throwing your bratty weight around will not get you anything. NO, the customer is NOT “always right”. Grow up! Stay home and do online shopping. The rest of us don't want to see or be around you. If you’re a “Karen”, don’t take it out on these people at this store and then take it out more so on the reviews here in Google Maps. Both my husband and I enjoyed the four hours we were there for. We were nervous about going to this location and now feel that the negative Google Maps Reviews were highly misleading to the point of damaging. We enjoyed it there, we think you will too.

The sales clerks are next to none. Tip my hat off to them. They cared about their clients, service stellar. ????? An off the cuff comment, by the manager, of an item I was trying was so not accurate. She needs to focus on honesty vs sales. She was so far off point, this could end in a lot of dissatisfied customers and returns. Still I give 5 ?????
