My vehicle was sideswiped when it was parked on a street, leaving a broken bumper and scratches down the drivers side. Brandi communicated clearly and concisely on the insurance process and Tom walked me through the repair process. They had my vehicle done a day earlier then what was expected, and you could never tell it had any damage. Thank you for the courtesy car, and the amazing service Craftsman team!!

T	The Truth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After their repair work, I brought some poor workmanship up to the attention of the Facility Manger Tom Cantafio. Surprisingly not only he did not address the issue but I did not see in him the basic customer service skills & Qualities of Professionalism, honesty, decency, respect, and common sense let alone skills and qualities such as a higher level of technical know how, sound judgment, and better communication you expect from a person in leadership position. Tom responded to my sincere concern with physical violence by damaging further the vehicle, rude behavior, foul language and lack of understanding, in a confrontational way. I will not use their service again.
