★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond frustrating tried to return or exchange a simple box of gloves unopened but the guy there claims the box was opened literally a $20 item I don’t even want the money just the gloves exchanged but here it is. Good way to run a business I will never shop here again and strongly recommend that other people don’t shop here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in this store at least once a month and I am consistently impressed with the way this business is run! The employees are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The owners, brothers Brennan and Liam are stand up family men who always take the time to chat and invest in their customers. I've never left this store disappointed. Not to mention what they do for the community and the BBQ lunches they put on! It's disappointing to see anything less than 5 stars on here for the crew at Midland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To keep it simple I'll say this place is amazing it's like a toy store for adults especially those who like to be handy or like to find good deals, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, you always find someone to answer your questions and give good advise, Customer care is excellent , I had an issue with an item I bought recently and Liam the General Manager took care of it Immediately. they really care about their customers and reputation, I always go there and always find what I need.
