★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service!! SUPER helpful!! Prices are good (and worth eVeRy penny rather than dealing with the BiG tool supply stores. KMS Tools does have WiCKeD sales too so keep an eye! Oh, and a big 'thank you' to KMS staff for selling/supporting/teaching me all about Bosch and their batteries.
BTW, (((these Bosch 360 Power Boss radio/sub-woofer/surge protector/battery charger/ are indestructible and sound aMaZiNG!!)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come to this store off and on over the years and have to say the service is so-so. You can tell workers there real don’t like their job. They’re clock watchers. If you want to see good customer service go to their Coquitlam KMS store. I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff there. Makes me want to never go back to the Langley store ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually my go-to for tools as they are a milwaukee dealer. After not seeing what I was looking for, one of the salesmen found one for me. After trying to sell us on two of them, we told the gentleman we didn’t want to wait and we’d just take the one. He DEMANDED I wait so he can find another. He disappeared for another 15 minutes before we left.
Home Depot just made 2 sales and KMS made 0. Shouldn’t be greedy and let the customers get what they want…
