★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aaron was absolutely the most helpful car salesman we have ever dealt with. I did not feel forced or pressured into buying a car, and was supported through the entire sales process. Everybody from finance to the sales manager was very warm and welcoming. We are the proud owners of a 2022 Mazda 3 GX, thanks to the experience we had at Wolfe Mazda in Langley. If you are considering a new car, this is the dealership you want to deal with. Ask for Aaron!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently tried purchasing a car for our mom. They didn’t have the car we wanted for her in their inventory but We found the car our mom wanted at another dealer. However it was too far away and Wolfe Mazda was much closer to us. My brother asked the sales manager SHANE and he personally told him they would be able to do a dealer trade and bring the car and we can proceed with a credit application. The approval process was dreadful and extremely unprofessional. The financing person we were dealing with HOLLY, was completely clueless, very rude and would not communicate with us for days. Once we got the approval done, THEN they proceed to say, “actually we can’t bring the car in, we are unable to do a dealer trade. We’ll let you know when something comes in”. At this point you can imagine our frustration. This is a very shady way to do business and I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to shop at Wolfe Mazda.
We went to another dealer and got the approval for the car our mom wanted in under 24 hours and it was a painless and much more pleasant experience.
Save yourself some headache and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic service last minute after a panic attack and emergency light going on in my car! They ushered me in immediately and realizing it was simply a tire pressure warning, they checked all my tires, gave me a car wash and sent me on my way within 1/2 hour! All gentlemen, courteous and speedy! HIGHLY recommend the service at Wolfe Langley Mazda! Great crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought my first Mazda here! CX5 Sport Turbo!! Todd was my sales rep, so attentive and knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the bells and whistles.
Shane the general sales manager made it all happen for me, great guy. This is a very good dealership, great atmosphere and they go above and beyond.
So happy for my new ride, thank you Wolfe Mazda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience at Wolfe Mazda recently. My mom was buying a new car that wasn't in stock. We paid a deposit and did the paperwork, but we asked if they could verify whether they could bring the car in so that we wouldn't do a credit application unnecessarily. The Sales Manager Shane assured us it would be no problem at all bringing a car in as a dealer trade from another dealership, so we went ahead and did the credit application based on his promise. The communication was horrible as there barely was any, not to mention the rude tone by the Business Manager Holly who told us a different story from what the Sales Manager told us; clearly a lack of communication amongst themselves.
Once the credit was approved, the Sales Manager called and said "sorry we are unable to bring a car in" and returned our deposit... Seriously??! I specifically asked to ensure they would be able to get a car before running a credit check and they just didn't care!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
We ended up buying the car from COURTNEY MAZDA who even got us better deal and a lower interest rate from another bank.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Wolfe Mazda was unexpectedly friendly and helpful. I had been to several car dealerships where I received less than welcoming service. There is a lot of supply issue so I'm sure it's not easy for the sales staff but Mazda worked hard to find me something that worked and that worked in my budget. Despite the fact we decided to hold off on purchasing just yet, I highly recommend Wolfe Mazda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a long time shopping for a three row SUV and ultimately chose the CX-9. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism that Wolfe Mazda operated with. The facility is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Tijs ("Tyce") and Trevor were great to work with and made us feel like VIPs throughout the whole process. I highly recommend both the CX-9 and working with Wolfe Mazda. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 Stars I would! Excellent customer service, just bought a New Mazda Cx5. Sales team was great! Found me exactly what I asked for in a short period of time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new Mazda or just servicing their old Mazda.
Staff was friendly, down to earth, and communication was perfect! Every step of the buying process was enjoyable. This is my second time buying a new Mazda from Wolfe Langley Mazda, and I will defiantly be back in a few years when its time to trade in again.
The staff was very personable and even remembered me from my prior purchase years ago. The finance department was professional and quick to get me approved. Even dropped my interest rate for me.
I'm loving my new ride, and If you haven't already, go check out the Mazda's on their lot, you WILL BE HAPPY you did.
