I have been meaning to write this review for a while...Back in February, my vehicle was hit while parked in the driveway. On recommendation from a co-worker, and after researching reviews and going into a couple of other repair shops, I decided to take my vehicle to Craftsman Collision - Landmark Way. Ben was so incredibly helpful, professional and informative, from the moment we met. He made the process so easefull and stress free. My vehicle needed a paint job, which was completed within a couple of days and I was back on the road! The work was flawless and I was very pleased with the outcome! Ben was so kind and compassionate the entire time and really bent over backwards to provide me with as much information as possible and make sure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. Fast forward to August...I was in an accident with the same vehicle, which I took back to Ben at Craftsman. I received the same level of care I had previously. As I had never been in an accident before, everything felt so overwhelming. But Ben, Kevin and their receptionist Tamara, again, went above and beyond to help me through the process. Unfortunately my vehicle was written off and was not repaired, but I was so thankful for the support from their team while I waited for ICBC's decision. Ben even helped me remove everything from my vehicle at their shop, and transfer it to the rental! BIG thank you to the team, I highly recommend this location!

I was recommended this body shop by Todd at Langley Wolfe Mitsubishi. I called in and made an appointment, simple enough… The next day I showed up for my claim appointment and had a very polite gentleman take photos of the damage and fill out the paperwork. He stated that the part in question (drivers side mirror) would take a couple of weeks to arrive, and thus I would hear from him when the part arrives. Well it's been close to three months now since my initial claim appointment at Craftsman Collision, and I have not heard from anyone. No calls, emails, text messages --- nothing. I called yesterday to ask about the status of my claim as the hot sun is starting to soften the 20 feet of electrical tape keeping my mirror together, and very polite lady on the phone was able to find my file but had no idea what is happening. After a few minutes of going over my claim, she told me I would be hearing from the manager shortly. It is now day 3 since my call and I have not heard back from the manager or anyone for that matter. I don't believe I have ever experienced anything like this before, there is no professionalism here. As of today, I have no paperwork. No contact. No appointments to come in and get my my mirror sorted, and the manager didn't reach out to make this right. All I have is this review. Hopefully others won't experience what I did.

I’m always so happy with the service I receive here at Craftsman ! Friendly knowledgeable staff that make you feel at ease when everything feels a mess. They do quality work which is always backed with satisfaction guarantee (doesn’t need to be because they do it right the first time) when you’re with craftsman you’re in good hands. From the first phone call to the last goodbye you’re informed, comfortable and getting great service. Shout out to Mina and Teresa for their kindness and hard work in a world that is increasingly lacking in that !! You don’t go unnoticed, thank you guys !!! Stacey

I am a returning customer for this location. Unfortunately my 124 Spider has been in accident back to back with in months of time. I was treated with respect last time, so it was natural that I return to the shop who already knows my car. It was a very big collision worth of almost 12 grand in repair bill. Ofcourse it had hundreds of part to order and replace, it is very common that shops miss few small ones. The repair was near perfect except few parts missing. Mina from this location helped me sort out all the mistakes without any hassle. Got me in alternative transport, Put the car in back to pristine condition. Mistake can happen but the real problem is how to deal with it. Mina once again, was perfect. Thanks.

Poor communication, stuck with wrong colour painted. Bumper. 1 1/2 day job went 11 days. Would recommend to stay away from these guys. Very disappointed in all aspects of experience

From now on, this body shop will be my regular store. They fixed my car perfectly like a new car in a much faster time than I thought. Everyone who worked here was kind, especially Mina, who was a manager, explained the repair process in a friendly and detailed way. I'm 100% satisfied.

Had a couple cracks in the windshield getting worse this winter so I reached out to the closest place near my work with good reviews. Setting up the appointment required a bit of patience (maybe due to covid) but otherwise a smooth transaction. Diedre & Mike were very pleasant to deal with and and to my surprise, they cleaned the car inside and out. Very nice touch.

I had gone to this business to repair some minor rear-end damage. So I had left my car in their care while they were waiting on parts. While in their care, one of their workers drove straight into the front of my car, severely damaging the front end of my car. So what should have been a quick and easy fix has now turned into a complete nightmare. Weeks without me having a vehicle, and my car pretty much needs to be rebuilt. I, in no way, can recommend this establishment, considering the lack of attentiveness and blatant disregard they took towards my vehicle. Safeguards should have been in place to prevent such an incident from occurring. Consumer beware. In response: Kelly, the time it took to complete the initial repair was never an issue that I had, and the "unforeseen circumstances" would be your technician crashing into the front of my car. Checking mirrors, blind spots, or even having another worker guide the driver into the lot must not be part of your "proper protocol". Rather than owning up and taking responsibility and properly apologizing, you seem to have just blamed this on bad luck. That, nothing could've been done to prevent this. Which frankly is just an unacceptable response and couldn't be further from the truth. Why would anyone in my position let the people who ruined their car continue to work on their vehicle? No thanks, you've done enough damage. I have found someone much more competent and professional.
