Sun Valley RV - Morden

Just a short note to say how helpful both Rob and Andy were in the purchase of our new Winnebago Solis. Prior to our flight from Ottawa, Andy answered numerous Solis related questions with both professionalism and humour!! Very helpful given that we were making a purchase of the vehicle sight unseen!! In addition, the web site photos of the unit were excellent and answered 90% of our questions ! Andy picked up us up at the airport and we had a pleasurable drive the 90 miles to Morden. Upon arrival we had a tour of their facility and met Rob, the owner! After an hour or so of questions and anecdote sharing, Andy drove us to the hotel and picked us up the following morning! Rob was kind enough to drive us to the licence bureau to pick up a temporary tag for our return to Ottawa with the campervan!! The day of the departure, Andy and Rob provided a very thorough review of the systems on the Solis!! We should add that prior to our arrival in Andy and Rob did a very thorough review and test of all hardware and systems on the Winnebago, reqintwrized the unit and in addition, test drove the unit for any driveline related issues!! Given that we had a 1300 mile trip ahead of us the QA that was undertaken was very comforting! All in all, it was a fun experience, Andy and Rob were extremely helpful and hospitable and it was a pleasure to have met them!! We arrived safely back in Ottawa and couldn't have been happier with the drive characteristics of the unit and it delivered " as promised" We now have a new Winnebago Solis and a couple of friends in Morden, Manitoba!! We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase an RV!!

Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Receptionist was quite rude when we asked her a few questions and the “eye rolling” and “looks of disgust” really didn’t help the situation. Body language speaks volumes so not exactly the best “first impression” as you arrive at a business. Just chalked it up to perhaps she was having a bad morning (we all have them)….But after waiting for another team member to arrive..only to be approached and “accused” of being rude to the first employee (when the second one wasn’t even there) only added to the frustration we were already feeling! We left frustrated and upset with the attitudes we encountered, and chose to take our business elsewhere.

We recently purchased a new trailer from Andy and Sun Valley RV. We had a very pleasurable buying experience. Andy was professional and attentive to all our questions. We particularly appreciated the extensive time Andy provided upon trailer pick up and walk-through -- by far surpassing expectations. Thank you Andy!

Just got our first trailer from here, everyone there are very nice and wonderful, especially Andy, patiently explain everything to us, spend whole day to test drive with us to make sure our tow vehicle is able to tow. We have done a lot of research before buying, everything brand has their Pros and Cons, choosing a right dealership is more important than everything, I'd highly recommend Sun Valley RV.

If I could give a higher rating I would. I bought a new camper over the phone with Andy as the sales person. I live in northern Ontario. Every part of my experience was excellent. The whole team is very professional and went right out their way to help. Another thing that really impressed me was the quality of the in store items they have for sale at reasonable prices. I just want to say thank you again to Andy and the the team for a first rate experience.

This place is awesome - from when we first noticed our 2021 Minnie Winnie 26T for sale, through MULTIPLE emails (50?) back and forth to the closing of the deal, Andy Martens was professional, detailed and informative. We live in BC and had to trust Andy's eyes and honesty that we would be getting what was described. When we flew out to pick the RV up, Andy took the time to educate us not just on our RV but on being an RV owner, things he was not obligated to take the time to do. The dealership's honesty was further displayed when the mechanic pulled the RV out of the garage prior to our arrival and noticed a very tiny ticking sound in a relay (the backup feature just needed a wire replaced per Winnebago error) and they had two technicians on it immediately. Likely we would not have even noticed it but the the technician did and made it a priority.Top notch for sure!!!

We had The Best experience dealing with Andy. We purchased our trailer all over the phone and by email. Andy was excellent in explaining everything to us. We purchased our trailer in December so we were unable to pick it up until April. The day we arrived in Morden, Will had a health emergency and ended up having emergency surgery. I had extreme little knowledge of hauling any trailer. Andy made sure our hitch was on and everything ready to hook up properly before sending us out onto the road for a 17 hour drive back to Alberta. Andy went over all the hookups and was so patient with this rookie!!’ Pulling the trailer home was awesome! It was extremely windy the second day we travelled and we also ran into a snowstorm. The trailer pulled perfectly. I was very impressed with the Blue Ox hitch. It made my job of driving so much easier. I have nothing but praise and thanks to Andy! Also, our trailer was $26,000 cheaper in Manitoba than Alberta. That was reason enough to buy our trailer there! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our purchase. Will and Brenda

We had a great experience buying our Winnebago Travel Trailer from Sun Valley RV. Andy our Salesperson was very knowledgeable and respectful as we worked our way through the decision making process. He was always willing to answer our questions and had the trailer ready for us to look at even inside their shop when the weather was cold. When we picked up the trailer he took a lot of time to be sure the trailer was properly attached to our truck and gave us a thorough inspection of the trailer. We both felt treated very well and would highly recommend Sun Valley RV and Andy.
