The guys at Fountain Tire 5850 Kingsway, Burnaby BC went above and beyond to get us back on the road in record time. The battery was a specialized battery which had to be driven in from their warehouse location, which they got their guy to deliver super fast. I'm very happy with their service. 5 stars.
M	Moonyard seldura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the people of this shop! I am a first time customer and Max kept my temporary schedule open when I needed a tire change. So i went there Nov. 10 and was accommodated in a nice manner. Although, it is not allowed to sit inside Max consoled me that there are Denny's, A & W around to hang around while waiting for a tire change. Absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs something for their car. Wish you could include wheel alignment for a 4 tire change for let say $50 off than just $20. The other guy beside Max was also entertaining.

Even though, it was a busy time for them, they told me to bring the car on the next day. I brought the car there and issues are resolved with a free of cost. Above all, I got a great service from Nelson, that was really appreciable. Thanks a lot.

Being new to BC, a friend recommended this shop to me and boy, am I ever grateful! This is a mechanic shop I feel my car is taken care of and I am respected and appreciated as a customer. Competitive prices, excellent service, conscientious and knowledgeable advice - everything I need from my mechanic. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I came in with a loose wheel and was hoping either repair or find something that could get me going as I suspected my tire was run-flat and unrepairable (which I was prepared for because I unfortunately drove on it flat) and with 7 years experience in the tire industry... I know the drill. They didn't have anything used available here, but Nelson Cordeiro (manager/owner of this location) went the extra mile and was able to source a used tire at a shop down the road that worked for me. As I said I previously I worked in the tire industry for many years and insteading pushing a new set of tires on me, he took my situation into consideration and called a shop down the road and they were able to find one and get me back on the road. I was unable to afford a new tire and if you get a new one, in order to do it right you need at least two. It's people like Nelson that understand not everyone can afford to do so and I am extremely thankful for people like him. The world needs more people like him ?? In conclusion, I could not ask for better customer service and would like to personally thank Nelson and everyone else at this location for their help, it was top notch. Will be recommending for sure and return for later tire services. Thanks again to everyone, you really helped someone in need and I'm forever thankful!

After calling multiple times to try to resolve this and then promising they’d call me back a week ago I’ve given up on resolving this but I hope others can avoid the same treatment.

Nelson was very friendly and helpful and thoroughly explains everything about the service. The original estimated time to fix was 45 minutes but the whole process was done in 10-15 minutes. Will come here again for all my auto needs!
