★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was a really easy process with Visions. I bought items online... they emailed me with in a few hours that my order was ready for pick up. I went in, everyone was super helpful! they gave me 9 vision bucks to use next time. and I was outta there! super fast, super easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Panasonic Lumix camera from K.P. at the Burnaby store for shooting low-light photography and 4K video. He offered a better price than advertised and beat out all competitors. The camera arrived in about 10 days which, although slightly longer than some vendors, was more than satisfactory since I was expecting a wait of ~ 1 month. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing! Sawed helped me out today with an issue I'm having with one of my USB drives. Because I couldn't return it, he offered to sell me another drive for half of the sale price that I originally paid. He didn't have to and could have sold me one in regular price but he gave me a steep discount. Thank you so much, Visions and Sawed!

Manny quickly saved the day suggesting an alternative which he was able to offer at a better sale price. Overall all, I had a really positive experience working with Manny and I am excited to test out the new speakers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Visions in Burnaby for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Happy, the sales associate in the car audio department was helpful and knowledgeable as well as kind and respectful! His customer service etiquette was 20/10 and I don’t see that often in any retail store!
We need more sales associates like Happy in all retail stores!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Burnaby Visions store to listen to and possibly purchase a Panasonic stereo system I saw advertised on the Visions website. The salesperson, Happy, immediately greeted me when I walked through the door and finished up with his customer in order to assist me. I was a bit disappointed that the two Panasonic systems I was interested in weren’t set up and available to listen to, however there was one of the systems remaining that was brand new, still in the box. Happy said that they did have this model previously on display and it was very popular and had good reviews. Further, he said if I wasn’t satisfied with the system, I could return it within 30 days for a refund (as long as it was returned in its original box/packaging). Based on this, I decided to purchase the system.
I knew the system I purchased was the more powerful model with more bass sound of the two systems I was interested in and Happy suggested I could adjust the controls to the sound of my liking. I’ve had the system set up for a few days and am still fiddling with the controls but am generally pleased with the purchase.
I am also pleased with the customer service provided by Happy at Visions in helping me to decide on the purchase of this stereo system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted right away whom I think was the store manager, extremely friendly. Anyhow, I went to purchase an Air Conditioner for the upcoming hot weather. Raj, the sale associate was extremely kind and helped me place the order through their warehouse as they currently didn't have any in stock in stores. I went home expecting the AC to be shipped tomorrow but to my surprise, my AC had already arrived to my house! Only a few hours after I placed the order. Wow, extremely fast service on their side and absolutely kind. Thanks again!
