The are outsourced for Best Buy warranty issues From the very start they were rude . Told me they couldn’t make appointments for the afternoon when I’d be off work in Abbotsford because it’s too far away Made no accommodations to work around my schedule was told I’d need to take a day off work or have my wife stay home . Otherwise they will cancel my order Explained that I’m single and work 8-4 So they suggested I send pictures of the screen not working . Didn’t hear back from them for over a week I reached out again They were rude again telling me that they did email me and it’s my fault I didn’t get the email I pushed to see the email thread The woman sent the email to herself . ! I took Friday off Drove 3 hrs round trip to bring them my tv They told me ya it’s too expensive to repair and that they will send the paperwork for a replacement TLDR; Bad communication/ no communication I had to do all the leg work Wouldn’t make a late afternoon appointment Wanted to cancel the claim Was very rude and blamed me &I’m sure they billed for a service call to inspect my tv This on top of dealing with the horrible geek squad call center. For hours with no help I’ve been without my tv for weeks and still have to wait to get a gift card for my replacement which won’t even cover the cost of the same model of tv now After reading many similar reviews it’s no wonder I had a horrible experience

The Lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and useless. Cant even give an estimate to replace a screen on a tv without charging a diagnostic fee of $80 when i already know what is wrong with my TV that needs to be fixed. This just seems like a SCAM

My under warranty LG TV's remote control had an issue and I should took it to the store to replace, but they delivered the remote at my home, I really appreciate it. Also thanks to their reception (Patricia) to following my ticket. She is very friendly.

My very nice Samsung QN88A died in the middle of watching a movie with the Kiddos, very disappointing indeed!! After a lengthy and impersonal chat on Samsungβ€˜s help chat they issued an RMA and work order to IT electronics. That’s when things got better! They called right away and set up an appointment with me once they had all of the spare parts for the TV. Mr. T called and after working a full day, came in the evening to service my TV as soon as possible, (did I mention he’s 80 years old!). He is very knowledgeable, he is very well prepared, he has a great demeanour and work ethic. I helped him with a few things it reminded me of working with my Dad. The TV is up and running, we’re back to watching movies, it should have never happened in the first place but now that it did I’m glad IT electronics was the support company affiliated with Samsung. My new LG big screen OLED TV broke down with 2-weeks of ownership. IT wasted no time picking it up and making the necessary repairs. The TV is now back on my wall working perfectly. Excellent repair shop....use with confidence.

Lovely staff, took my LG monitor for repair under warranty, approx 10 minutes to do the paperwork and they told me it may take up to 4 weeks for the repair, fixed it in 8 days. Super happy with their service ?, noticed they are still using windows xp on their computers it's sign they have been doing this business for so long ?

We had a problem with our Samsung TV and took it into the shop to confirm the problem. They got back to us the same afternoon with diagnosis. They ordered the part in - and we got our TV back the next day. It was also at a lower cost for the part then we had been previously quoted from a parts supply store. Could not have been happier with the service. Thanks very much for the great service.

Honestly don't understand why some of these reviews are so bad. The two ladies at the front that assisted me with my Samsung soundbar that needed warranty, were very friendly helpful and just a joy to work with. I had a painless experience I dropped off my soundbar told them the issue and a week later I got a call saved my soundbar is ready for pickup I haven't had a problem with the sound bar since and everything works flawlessly (Samsung 11.1.4 Q950A - rear speaker wouldn't pair) You know this business has been around for a long time because I didn't know how they're using Windows XP still as well. 5/5 service.
