Jag and the staff here are the best in the business; trustworthy, courteous, respectful and efficient. You can trust them with your car and know that they will do an awesome job. They are very transparent from start to finish and explain everything so that the everyday person can understand what they'll be doing. They breakdown the costs of parts, labor, time, etc. So that you know what you're paying for. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding. Working hard and efficiently, the time it takes for them to fix your car is good and fast. They provide a courtesy car if needed and even wash your car inside and out. Great Shop! Great Experience! Jag and Victor are friendly, knowledgeable guys. They gave me great service, provided an attention to detail and most importantly, quality work. Jag also provided me with some extra work that was not covered by my ICBC claim at a reasonable price. They were recommended to me by my mechanic (also good). Highly recommend.

Okay, this review is going to be long, but I can guarantee you that it is worth reading, as it showcases the integrity and care that Fix Auto shows to it's customers. Originally I was setup through a claim with insurance, and this was the only shop close to me that my insurance allowed (out of province). I have extreme anxiety with new mechanic shops, since I've been burned in the past. The claim was for vandalism so the car needed to be sanded & painted in the damaged areas, and new parts such as headlights needed to be ordered and installed. Immediately, Sameer called me asking if I wanted to replace my bumper as well and that they had a lead on a cheap ,like-new one from Seattle. I said yes since It had some minor damage and he got it same day and ready to go for painting. Although it did take quite a while to get my car back (I informed them that I didn't drive it and didn't need it back asap since I was leaving the province for a month), The car came back to me BEAUTIFUL. The team at fix auto went over and above making the car even better than how I brought it to them. They painted almost the entire car (more than they needed to) and even fixed small issues here and there such as codes on the dash that needed to be flashed away. They also fully cleaned and detailed it. I had the car back for another month or two and suddenly I found water leaking into the car causing mold. Stressed out, I thought it had to be due to the car being put together improperly, so I called Sameer explaining everything. He told me to bring it in and they checked it out the next day. An employee did a walk around with me and told me they would keep it for the next few days and do a leak test + bake the car and kill any remaining mold, free of charge. I got a call a day or two later and they explained that they found the leak (sending over video and photos). The issue was a windshield cowl cover not properly seated from an old windshield replacement job. They told me the car was just drying out and to pick it up in a day. So not only did they diagnose and fix the issue, it turned out to not even be their fault and they still went above and beyond and made no fuss. I am extremely thankful to Sameer and the team at Fix Auto, and would suggest that anybody in need of repairs or auto work pay them a visit.

Great job on my Tesla Model 3 after a rear-ender with a moving van crushed my trunk and bumper. The additional cleaning after the repair work was much appreciated. I have a white dog and they even managed to vacuum all her fur from the back end! Highly recommend these guys!

Our Tesla got keyed and Fix Auto did a good job repainting the multiple panels. Easy process, quick service. We just had to schedule two months advance because there are so many people on the waitlist. When we got home after the fix, I noticed that there were a few scratches when shining a flashlight on the newly painted area, called Jag at 10pm, and was told to bring car back the next day to get it touched up, and he fixed it in a few hours. The team here is easy to work with, very honest about the whole process, owned up to mistake about the scratches. Hard to find a good and honest auto shop these days, so I would definitely come back again.

Had an ICBC repair claim taken care of at Fix Auto for my Tesla Model 3 and had a good experience there. I’m very happy with the body work and they did a very nice job cleaning my car as a courtesy. Personable staff and they took the time to review and explain everything with me. I would go back again (but hoping I don’t have to!) Thanks for the good work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR TESLAS!!!!! my first phone call to this place, the guy (I forget his name) was super helpful and personable. My husband brought our Tesla Model 3 2021 for scratch and dent to my right rear side. Brought our car into shop for an estimate (which was accurate), next available date to bring car in was about 1 month ahead. We got an estimate from another company which was twice the price of this place, so we went with this place. We were told it would take about 5 business days to fix. On the 5th day we were give an update it will take about 2 more days due to the paint not matching up perfectly. They gave us honest updates throughout. We were so happy when we got our car back, it looks good as new!! Not to mention they cleaned the inside of our vehicle as well. Even though it took longer to fix than anticipated they took the time to get it perfect and the quote they gave initially was accurate to what we actually paid. Being a new tesla owner I was uncertain of where to go to get it fixed, DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING IT HERE!! They are trustworthy and know what they're doing and they care about getting it done right! Amazing job repairing my Tesla Model 3! Jag and team were polite, knowledgable, and professional. They made the entire experience as simple and painless as possible. Not only did they restore the car to factory conditions, they went the extra mile and cleaned the entire interior and polished the exterior.
