★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been bringing both my vehicles to Open Road Honda Burnaby since having a few negative instances at another shop. I don’t regret making the change. I have always had consistent high level of service from the service dept. and they have gone above & beyond in helping me solve issues I was having from the previous shop. You can’t knock the prices for service, it’s a dealership. I commend the service crew here for always being straight and upfront with servicing and pricing. They let you know if anything will cost extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Canada as a family in May 2021. The quarantine process was very difficult for us during the pandemic period, but Leo Lou made this process very easy for us. While we were still in quarantine, we forwarded the requested documents to him online and got a very quick approval response. As a newcomer immigrant family with kid, we needed to own a car as soon as possible, and thanks to Leo Lou, we had a car in a very short time. He always greeted us with a smile and made our car purchase process very easy. He's more like a friend than a sales rep, and he's a great person! Thank you very much to him! I would recommend anyone buying a car to meet Leo Lou, who works at OpenRoad Honda Burnaby. Even if you don't buy a car, you can go for a coffee. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to purchase a car here, deal with June Zhang from sales. She’s always energetic, outgoing and cheerful to ensure you’ll always get a good deal while meeting your budget concerns. I just can’t thank her enough for making it a less-stressful experience overall during Christmas in late 2020 (yes, long overdue review) ?. Their service department is also very good in taking good care of you, although my initial visit had some concerns that I had shared with management. Nevertheless, Brandon Ma (service assistance manager) listened & addressed my complaints so that my next visit will be much different in a positive way. It turned out to be true as my visit earlier this week was nothing but outstanding - thank you so much, Brandon! As for the parts department, I feel they could loosen up on their rather strict return policies on open box / package should the item either not fit correctly or other legitimate issue (deducting 1 star for that). Otherwise, would generally recommend dealing with OpenRoad for your next car purchase!
