โ โ โ โ โ I went to this shop on Saturday, March 26th to buy meats...The meat was very expensive compared to other meat shops in Vancouver...Worst of all, the people who work in this shop have horrible attitudes, are unprofessional, unfriendly...The cashier asked me to grab the big meat bin from the other side, while he was standing and doing nothing...Even though he saw that I was holding two bags in my hands...Awful awful awful... ?

โ โ โ โ โ Walked in, only needed to buy some bread. Stood in line about 5 minutes, nobody was at the cash register and nobody was in front of me.
Then a lady walks infront of me, with about 30 items and 1 of the 3 butchers working cones from behind the counter and proceeded to serve her before me.
I put my bread on the counter and told them to keep it.
I'll never return. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. The shop smells like garbage because of all the spoiling meat. For ground meat they mix all the bad cuts of meat and some spoiled meat.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been Customer of Al Salam for the last 15 years. Through the year I have seen alot of unprofessional attitudes. However I was keep going because of hallal meat. Last time they really got on my nerves I purchased a Barbecue. When I used it I noted it is missing the cover. I went to ask for the parts that was missing they were very rude and unprofessional and didn't accept the return or giving me the missing part for it. Yes I used the product I come to get the missing parts which was the cover. The photo says everything I don't have say anything. You Customer look at the picture and judge the situation.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the place 3 time each time was worse than before, the guy whoโs working at the meet area give me piece of meet originally cost $20 and charged me 120, was not the only me 3 more people with the same issue, Second time I ask for a lamb they side I have to take the whole leg ,and when I asked to cut it to he said we shut down the machine after 5 minutes he opened for another customer. Really I had with them A bad experience I will never visit again and I donโt recommend anyone to visit this place.

โ โ โ โ โ It was my first time going there. The store is slightly big compared to other halal places Iโve been to, it has two floors and includes everything. You can get your meat and also shop for mediterranean food, canned food, spices and frozen food in the upper level. They also sell some kitchen tools/ housewares!
I had good customer service experience, the staff was friendly and helpful.
