Initially, Robert came to measure all the windows and he provided really good detail on which windows to use and how they should open. I had gotten 2 other quotes and no other company provided as much detail and spent the time like Robert.
The install team of Mandip, Ranji, Rai & Ali did a very good job. I was very happy with their attention to detail and they made sure the cleaned up and left the site spotless. Mandip in particular was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend A1, you will get a quality product at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is simply about the installation of our windows and not the entire process as the two shouldn't be put in the same review.
Mani, Haroon and Ranjit came and installed our windows on what started as a beautiful day and turned into a downpour! They arrived 10 minutes early to get the lay of the land before starting to work. They were all so very professional and polite. They worked long past noon before taking their lunch as they wanted to make sure they were in a good place. Our old windows were harder to remove then most they usually deal with but they didn't complain at all! Nor did they complain when the rain came! They simply did their job with complete professionalism.
If you need a team for your window installation, I highly recommend these three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve contacted A1 windows on Facebook and Vikrant promptly answered all my questions and followed up with a free in person estimate. He was able to give me a quote within a couple of days. Vikrant was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The lead time was a reasonable 2 months even during Christmas and New Year. A1 windows offered me the best price I could find for my 3-pane windows. The installation team - Jatin, Sultan, Mandip, and Ranjit, made the whole installation process very smooth and fast. They were able to finish the job in one and a half day. Although there were little cracks in couple of the windows, the company quickly replaced them within 1-2 weeks. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and the staffs and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good quality windows with great prices.

Vikrant was exceptional in assisting us get a reasonable quote, explaining the process to apply for govt. rebate, answer all our questions promptly, follow up to ensure we had a good experience to our satisfaction. Manjeet was great to schedule the various stages (measurements, installation, post-installation follows), and impressed us with her care after sale.
The installation team of Mandeep, Ali, Sultani, Ranjit and Jatin was very efficient, friendly, and did a professional job of installing the windows.
The entire A1 team went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for us. Based on our experience we decided to get additional doors changed with them.
We highly recommend Vikrant and the A1 Windows team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A1 are replacing our windows as part of a Strata upgrade project. It has been a positive experience with good service from Manjeet in the office answering our questions and working with us for an installation date as well as the team doing the actual install.
The Installation team. Said, Haroon, Rai and Gurdeep did a very professional job and got all the windows installed in one day. They arrived as arranged and did a great job protecting our house during the work. We recently had new flooring installed and they took extra care to ensure there were no issues.
They walked me around and went over the operation and maintenance of the windows and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
