Amazing products, amazing price. Used this company for my new build house. The windows look great, the quality is superb. Any trade and even the building inspectors commented on how great the windows are. The price came way lower than other companies. Open lines of communication with the representative and they are very understanding and helpful. The installation crew was also great and easy to deal with. Have been recommending this company to others.

One of the absolute worst experiences! Sales person outright lied to us, delivery dates missed, no communication, incorrect windows delivered. Broken product which then took months to replace. Costly delays!! NEVER use this company!!

Honestly above and beyond is the best way I can describe Vlad and everyone at Open Windows. They where recommended by a family member and I'm really glad I took the advice. I love the tilt and turns and even though we took our time building the house they where there each step of the way. Recently I called my sales rep Vlad because I couldn't get my protection stickers off (been left on too long) He came out personally and after three long hours managed to get it off! The service is awesome and the product is superior! Would recommend them to anyone I know (and I have!) Thanks Open Windows!

I used Open Windows for my new built house, I worked with Vlad. My experience with them has been one of the best. Their product is of high quality, their prices are competitive, the delivery was on time and on top of that the service is top notch. For a technical product like this you definietly want to have good service. Vlad and his service team has been amazing, I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for my next project.

We have all our windows and patio doors from Open Windows. Very high quality and the service was great. Two windows needed an adjustment from the house settling a few years later and they sent a service guy right away who was fantastic. He adjusted them perfectly and was fast and friendly.

The quality of the product is adequate, but considering how much I paid for a set of eclipse doors, the service is very poor. Their commitment to the delivery date was set back 3 weeks and the holiday break set it back by another week. During this period, my trades people were delayed and my overall build timeline pushed back by one month. Their customer service when responding to my service calls took 2 weeks. I couldn’t use my door for 5 days because the alignment was so bad. Also, they didn’t order a part and because their parts are manufactured in Europe, I’m still waiting. It’s been 3 months. I’ve asked for them to apply a 15% discount based on the complications and my contact,Arthur,said that it was not unreasonable. However, 3 months later and I’ve still not received the discount. I should have gone with a local product that has local parts. A family friend went with a competitor and they have been heard and supported all along. They have a door that is of similar quality, similar cost, but no issues and they have always had their questions answered quickly. I would definitely tell others to check out competitors and pick local manufacturing and service team. It’s not worth the hassle to deals with Open Windows. Updated - Jan2022. So after 3 years of using these eclipse doors, I'm very happy with the overall build and quality. Also, impressed with the service and support from the team. Their service team has come out twice in the last 3 years to tweak some alignment issues, no cost, efficient and very knowledgeable team. Although we ran into problems early on, their post install, support and servicing was amazing. Way to step up and stand behind your product. Would not hesitate buying from you again, with the understanding that some challenges could come up.

All the exterior doors and windows in our new Kitsilano home were supplied by Open-Windows--and we are delighted with them! From the very first time we went to Open-Windows, Marius and others on staff were most helpful and accessible, and their follow up has been exemplary. The product displays they have were most helpful in our decision to go with the European-style open-and-tilt window openings, and we're glad we made that choice. But the oversize blue metal front door we selected has been the showstopper! We regularly get friends and total strangers who comment on its distinction. Admittedly, when we were building our house, we didn't even know that such "statement front doors" existed, but Open-Windows had a variety of them that quickly convinced us that was what we wanted. This kind of quality and selection certainly distinguishes Open-Windows from ordinary door/window companies. We give them a 5-star recommendation for sure!
