★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to take our screen down when we put in new floors. When we went to put it back up, it didn't fit. :( Called Phantom and they sent someone over to cut and re screen our existing screen. PLUS...he added the new handle/locking mechanism which is amazing! We had amazing service from the moment I called the office to the confirmation of our appointment to the installation of the screen. I would HIGHLY recommend Phantom Screens!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General manager Iain Twiddy (and another younger fellow) did a fantastic and efficient job installing window and door screens in our condo, just in time for the summer! Their admin staff were quick to respond to my quote request and was immediately able to find a time to send Iain in, who then demonstrated the screens and provided us a quote (which was accurate to the dollar). The screens were ordered and installed by the company within 2 weeks, which far exceeded our expectations. They are honest, friendly, and awesome to deal with - I would 100% recommend them over any other manufacturers and installers. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review, but Garrett from Phantom Screens was fantastic! He installed screens for our french patio doors, as well as built a custom screen for our rooftop skylight (which opens). Quote was very reasonable, and service was done within one day. Would highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with a Phantom Screens was about 12 years ago when I purchased a double door for my french doors out to my patio. They were so good that a few years after that I purchased another set for another french doors and a few years after that one for my front door. I had only one serviced call and they responded quickly and efficiently with a friendly and qualified repair guy. If I had another door in my house I would have it screened too!

Love how the door slides in and tucks out of sight. Am constantly recommending them to family/friends admiring our screen door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got our Phantom Screen on our front door. The product is excellent in appearance and operation. The handle lock lever works very well, much better than a magnetic holder. The install was perfect. Bruce the installer explained the operation, long warranty and left a can of silicone lubricant. That showed the high regard to their customers for the little things like lubricant. I highly recommend the product and this company. Very happy.

We got a new screen door for the front door, and it looks great. The installer was very courteous and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be a happier customer. Living on Bowen Island we tried to contact three companies but none would come or even bothered to reply to my request. Upon seeing a Phantom Screens car driving around North van one day I sent a message and immediately received a response and was quickly booked for service. Mark our installer was fabulous, hard working and friendly. The screens themselves classy looking and extremely functional. They matched our white sliding door and wood front door with a lovely deep brown called 'rideau'. Thank you Phantom Screens!!
