We got the better latching system and it is easy to open and close but still seems sturdy. The installer was friendly and quick. 5 stars for our screens, we would definitely recommend this product.

We are very happy with the quality of the product. The newer system has a nice handle/latch mechanism. The installer was quick, and gave us a great run down with regards to care and cleaning for the screen. Highly recommend!

The fit and finish was excellent. No large/weird gaps anywhere and the screen door blended in with the door trim. Everyone I corresponded with was super professional and quality of workmanship was top notch. Installer took the time to explain how everything worked as well as how to maintain the screen door. Installer was also good with wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. They did not have to enter the unit to complete the work.

Bob took the time to answer our questions and to guide us through preparation for installation. Just a note. We had a question about the 'floating' nature of the screen and if our cats would walk through it. It hasn't been an issue. The screen looks and operates as well as we hoped!
