My tenant moved out of my condo last year and my place needed a lot of work before I was able to rent it out again. I decided to look for a new property management company to handle all my affairs with my investment property. The previous company is one of the bigger well known property management companies in the Lower Mainland so it was no surprise that since they handle a lot of condos and bigger properties in the Lower Mainland, I was at the bottom of their priority list to get things done. There were many instances I had to handle issues with my unit and deal with the tenant myself as the property manager either took forever to reply them or didn't even reply at all. I was introduced to Tiffany through a mutual friend and right away I was attracted to her friendly warm personality, knowledge and professionalism. Right away, she put in the effort to build the client relationship and explained the services she provided. I decided to go with her services and it was easily one of the best decisions I have made! As soon as I signed on the dotted line to retain her services, she went to the apartment contacted contractors and vendors to fix some damages, get the place repainted and cleaned everything up. She immediately listed the property , did her due diligence and found a suitable tenant. After having her as my property manager for several months I was amazed by how well she treated me as a client. Any issues the tenant has brought up she quickly resolved and kept me in the loop. She really goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are very satisfied. There are many cheaper property management companies out there. However if you are looking for service with a more personal touch and who look after what is possibly your most expensive assets and keep you in the loop in a timely fashion so you can focus on other things in your life, Tiffany is your go to person for Property Management in the Greater Vancouver Area. Because of the pandemic, I was not able to come to Vancouver from US to check the room, Tiffany gave me a very detailed virtual tour, and cleared my concerns. I cannot recommend Tiffany enough (literally. We’ve already told all family and several friends). She went above and beyond for us, seeking and screening for the perfect tenant. She listened to what we wanted, offered her professional expertise/opinions and ran the whole operation. Not only was she incredibly responsive the whole time, she keep us posted on the progress, even after hours and on weekends. She even followed up after the placement to make sure the fit was good.
