★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not move here. The management in the buildings are completely incompetent and so are their supervisors. You will experience nothing but problems trying to deal with these people. If any of us were as bad at our jobs as they are we would have been fired long ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the capriet building in Vancouver’s west end. While doing laundry the manager mistook my laundry in my laundry basket as garbage and threw out my clothing. When asked about it I was treated rudely and told ‘why don’t you just go write a letter!’ I’ve spent over $150 replacing clothing, Head office and management refuse to even discuss this issue with me. Capriet cares about money and every single penny, not the tenants who pay their exorbitant rents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. Staff were friendly my place was clean when I moved in and no problems since. I would recommend. I haven't been towed like the guy below but then again if the sign said reserved it probably means reserved. Just a thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase supplies at Staples and found no parking because all of the Fitness world members that are supposed to park underground where taking the parking from the designated Staples space and Capreit Residential parking that did indicate a 30 minute zone, so I no choice but had to park in the Residential parking area and I got towed within 10 minutes of being there, I have 2 witness!
Now, why would your property manager have me towed in such a short period of time, that's totally unreasonable!
Not impressed!
