★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative star if i could. It is not pleasant to have Henry to manage my property. He found a trouble tenant for me, and left me huge strata fine and eviction work for me to do. He got commission for finding the tenant and management fee every month, But leave all trouble for me to deal with. Run away if anyone recommend him to you! 千万不要和Henry合作，他给我找了坏租客并把所有困难包括驱赶租客留给我，他自己跑了。再也不会只听朋友介绍就用他。他没有合规营业执照

Never work with Henry, he found bad tenants for me and left all troubles including eviction to you Me, he ran away by himself. I'll never use him just after a friend's recommendation. He does not have a compliant business license
