While the landlord is Sunstar's primary consideration, it's clear they understand the value to the landlord of having a satisfied tenant who will take good care of the apartment.

I can totally relax as they do everything such as assist to find new tenants and follow up all communication with tenants and the strata. Their service fees are reasonable too. Definitely will recommend Sunstar services to all property investors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunstar helped us find a tenant for our property nearly two years ago. They found great tenants, did all the background and reference checks, and signed them up for us.
Even with COVID, Sunstar kept us updated with any potential issues. They sent us monthly statements of account. Moreover, they made sure we did all the reporting with empty homes tax, etc. and paid our property taxes on our behalf. They also coordinated an inspection and liaised with our realtor when we decided to sell. The tenants are staying even after the sale.
Sunstar was incredibly reliable and worth the price for their services. I definitely recommend them.

I have to replace cook top, fridge in between tenants and it became very costly. I decided to give Sunstar a try, they found me high quality tenants and their service is so good. The team is always responsive and professional. When there is something needs to fixed, they take care of it at very reasonable charge. It is absolutely hassle-free keeping the property. Thank you Sunstar for all your good work. I will come back to you on my next rental property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy as a tenant with Sunstar Realty. Debby helped us start to finish. She showed us several furnished units that were all great quality and all met our requirements. Check-in was very professional - the condition of the unit was accurately documented and during the tenancy Debby was very quick to respond to any issues that arose. She was very flexible in helping us to manage the check-out process given our uncertain travel schedule, saving us a great deal of potential stress. Overall we found Debby to be professional, pragmatic, friendly and easy to work with. We would certainly reach out to her should we need to rent again in Vancouver and highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was confirmed to view a listing with Wing Lum.. i asked if parking was available around the building to which he responded - “find it yourself or I’ll just cancel the appointment” what sort of customer service is this? Lol he could’ve just simply said yes or no… when I told him this, he’s like “you sent me 6 sms asking about parking” mind you, I only asked once. Sent him the screenshot as well, probably something wrong with his phone. Anyway cancelled my appointment cause I don’t want to deal with someone who does not know how to communicate with clients. Please coach him on this if you want business :)

With other property management companies you can sometimes be made to feel like just another client but with David it has always felt like a much more personal, yet professional experience.
