Worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this place for the first time a couple days ago. I was helped by a man who was between middle age and senior. He didn't say anything to me, just counted my cans and handed me the money. I didn't count all my empties before handing it over but I drink mostly one type of juice in a can so I have a decent estimate of what to expect. He gave me about 1/2 of what I expected. Fortunately, I didn't bring a lot to him. I spend a lot of time in the neighborhood and thought it would be good to try a local small business but the experience is dissapointing when someone takes advantage like that. I see there were other reviews that had the same short change issue so it would seem there it is a chronic issue. I am posting this not out of spite but to warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off. Handed the guy my beverage containers and he went to the back, he came back out and handed me the money. I said it should be 10 cents per item and he says 6 cents??? How is this allowed?
40 percent profit on something that I already paid for.
