R	Ryan Carteret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a zero waste centre, one might expect the place to be easily accessible to those who seek to reduce their environmental impact, perhaps by taking public transport instead of driving a car. Yet there are next to no safe, constructed sidewalks anywhere near the entrance to said centre. Nevertheless, I traversed the grass and dodged the many vehicles to get there and drop off some plastics I’d collected from my less aware roommates, but not without some irritation. Here’s to hoping the flexible plastics trial goes well and the nasty stuff will soon be accepted in the curb-side bins where 99% of optimistic recyclers probably put it anyway. 2022 update: I wrote this 3 years ago, and there’s still no safe way to get to this place as a pedestrian. Even just a marked crosswalk to the entrance would be greatly appreciated.
B	Blair Leggett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. With all the flooding they are not accepting Styrofoam but there was no posted update online. A complete waste of a trip and now will be dumped. Go Green!
M	Maggie H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything's clearly labeled, easy to orient yourself. Available for walk-in and drive-in. Can be a bit of a wait when you drive in (waited maybe 10 minutes in line). There's bigger bins for the more usual recycling like cardboard.
W	Wai So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telling a business to throw away their plastic wraps because Commercial recycling is not accepted contradicts the name ZERO WASTE CENTRE! Instead I take it to Burnaby Eco Centre where recyclables from everyone is accepted and is truly a Zero Waste Initiative. Thanks again Vancouver, all talk and taxes but little substance.

K	Ka Hing Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and convenient location to return your recyclables, including paper, plastic containers, and old electronics. Sometimes, there's a line-up to get in, so try to pick a time when it's less busy to go recycle your things. Staff are friendly and helpful.
