The people that work here are wonderful, they have helped me enormously to fit in and be successful in my role. I see this behavior been extended to all stakeholders including fellow employees, customers, vendors, contractors, etc. I am confident that any contact with the RSR team shall leave one with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice is to be open to change, especially modern global change, give staff the autonomy to develop the role and themselves, don't treat employees like you're in a dictatorship.
(Main Management district and regional) do not care about you or your life all they care about is production they work your till your exhausted and mentally drained. On plus side the workers are great they treat you like family. Safety is a big issue there once again they would rather care more about production over the safety of the employees . They also don't have proper work scheduling you never know how long your on a certain shift. (Morning, afternoons, or graveyards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their unloading system is not fair. They let their own trucks in in a different line up and sometimes I have waited 4 hours just to get unloaded. 1-2 hour wait time is fair, but they are just taking money out of my pocket.
