My girlfriend and I recently decided to take the plunge and purchase a new vehicle together this winter and decided on a Volvo due to the outstanding safety aspect and added luxury options associated to the XC60. We came to the Volvo brand knowing that we were going to get a good vehicle having done our research first before arriving, but what we were not expecting was the service that we received from Sandro Mati throughout the entire purchase process. I have never had someone go so far out of their way to accommodate so much for in a purchase. Every question asked was replied to in a timely manner (and there were A LOT), the negotiations were extremely easy and we were treated in a fashion I simply cannot even begin to be thankful for. After our deal was inked the tragic flooding happened which blocked our route to the dealership from our home in the Okanagan. We were concerned that we would see our trade appraisal reduced due to 2 additional months of km's and wear and tear or that there would be a requirement to pick up within a certain time frame. We were simply assured all would be taken care of for us and not to worry about a thing and that Volvo has nothing but the safety and well-being of its customers in its best interests and as soon as it was safe to travel the highways for pickup that our vehicle would be there waiting. 2 months later we arrived and were greeted by Gilles Fortin who was assigned our delivery. In the same fashion as Sandro Mati, Gilles made everything easy and despite covid, despite never having met us we were walked through everything and it was quite simply the easiest process imaginable. I will forever promote this location for anyone interested in Volvo and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much everyone !

I'm looking for a new or used car and accidently went to VoV. My dealer is Mike Lee, his explanation is very clear and helpful to our family and easily we choose XC90 2019. The certificated used car gave me trust. Actually, the car is very clean and have savvy technologies. I will also choose VoV and Mr. Lee at the next car replacement time.

I would definitely recommend Anna and Frank for anyone who is interested in getting a Volvo! I made an initial inquiry online about a specific model I was looking for. Anna reached out right away, and was accommodating to my busy schedule to come in earlier to meet me. From explaining the different models/trims, to test driving, she was informative, patient and not pushy at all. Frank was also extremely patient while I was having a hard time deciding between two vehicles. He made sure that I was not pressured during the process and answered all my questions. I am grateful that they help me find a car that would work for my family. So far I am really loving my car and look forward to driving it everyday. :)

Came in to the dealership as I am looking for a vehicle. Met with Lloyd(General Sales Manager) and he helped me in finding the best vehicle for what I need. Then I met Natalie (Finance Manager) who was super helpful. I was even hesitant to apply for the loan as I am new to Canada. She was super friendly and was amazing. At first I was thinking I might not get approved and hours later she told me I got the approval and I didn't even expected it to be prime. I was so happy knowing I got the approval and just cheered on my desk while everybody got shocked about the cheer. Natalie, showed me protection plans and warranty that would work best for me to give me peace of mind while driving my car for 84 months. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. I finally took delivery of the car today and I am super happy. Thanks to Gilles(Asst Sales Manager) who helped me with the delivery. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for new or used car! It was the best car buying experience!

I recently bought a Volvo SC40. Frank, the sales manager was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the information and organized and took care of everything. The salesperson, Sam was very thorough and provided full customer service. He was quick to respond to enquiries and went over all the features and how to operate the car. He spent over an hour to go over all the details of the vehicle. Frank gave us a great deal on the car. The financial manager, Natalie was also very professional and thorough in explaining the best financing options for us. We would like to thank the team at Marine Volvo for the excellent buying experience and service we received on our purchase. We definitely recommend them to anyone who wishes to purchase a Volvo or any other vehicle they may have available.

I recently bought my Volvo at this dealership and I was really impressed by the service. The sales team was informative but patient and didn't try to push me through the process like most car dealers do. I’m giving top marks for the sales side all the way to the rare and scheduled servicing. Dean Dwight put the class in classic service. Followed up and took care of all the fine and special details. So glad we got to deal with him before his retirement. We’ve had our XC40 for 3+ years now and have had absolutely no issues. My wife loves it! Dean put a bow on it so she could put a ring on it! Gilles the manager will have you covered and take care of you. For scheduled maintenance and other miscellaneous and minor issues - we’ve had the best experience with everyone in the service side as well. Jonathan will take care of you.
