We had bought another car at this location over 10 years ago and were pleased with the service we had received back then. The service we received this time was even better. Josh took plenty of time with us, letting us test drive several cars without ever applying any pressure during the process. When we finally made our decision, he and the BCS team gave us a great value on our trade-in and they even stayed late on the Labour Day Monday holiday to help us finalize the sale and finish all the paperwork. It has been almost a month since we've been enjoying our "new" car, and we are still very pleased with how we were treated at BCS. When it is time to replace our other family car, we will definitely come back again for the third time.

I called in the morning and spoke to Peter the Sales Associate who was very courteous and helpful on the phone and said he’d be ready for me to come in for a test drive in the afternoon. Peter was waiting there for me and let me look all around the car and answered any questions I had. Then we went for a test drive and I was able to see if the car would be a good fit for me. He also showed me all the bells and whistles and was happy to answer any questions. I did not feel pressured to buy but I was very excited to do so and he brought me to the office to start the paperwork. Next I met with Andrew the Business Manager who was very kind and patient and explained the financing and gave me options so I could decide what was best for me. He took his time and helped me understand everything. Shawn was the General Sales Manager and he welcomed me to the lot and made sure I had everything I needed. This was only my second time buying a car and the team at BCS put me at ease and helped me get my dream car. Definitely worth the drive from the Tri-Cities!
