N	Nigel Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I want to say, I’m glad that I chose Don Docksteader to do my service on my 2019 Subaru Legacy. Also, the staff and the service are amazing. The environment, as a frontline worker, is immaculate- so that’s great. I had the option of taking my Legacy to Richmond Subaru, where I initially bought it, or taking it to Don Docksteader which was recommended to me by a coworker. It checked out right - they are phenomenal. It turns out that everything that was done on the car was as they said it was, I am happy with the B Service Maintenance on my 2019 Legacy and most of all, notice my words carefully, the Service Advisor by the name of Delson Tsang. I was extremely impressed with him , he is super calm, very precise and knowledgeable. He left none of the fine details out, down to the way he handled my loaner car -which was a Forester that I have not driven before - he demonstrated everything prior to me leaving the lot. He did the walk around on my Legacy before taking it into the shop as well as on the loaner, and that I think is service to the highest accord. So in closing, I think Mr. Tsang did not only do the service department proud but the entire Don Docksteader outfit proud as well. This is what people are looking for and what people want. Thank you to the entire Don Docksteader Team - 5 Stars all the way ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The whole team at Docksteader Subaru made it an easy and fun process. Tom the leasing manager and Lloyd the sales manager both were very professional and helpful with our test drive. We felt very comfortable to ask any questions about the car. They were very knowledgeable about their products and always answer our questions with patience and smiles.
