★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed by this site. As we can no longer return bottles and cans to stores, this facility is even more appreciated. Clean, well marked for social distancing, courteous staff, well run!
In the past I have only had good experiences returning electronics, aerosol containers etc as this was before the Zero waste station opened as an alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been recycling to this for over 10 years. Fast drop is the best place to go in Regional Recycling Vancouver. Jason Smith is very kind to binners and to the customers.It also reflect on the staff the kindness,the caring and the over all generosity of the people who work in the depot. I am acknowledged each time when I arrived with my refundables, its a personal touch and I'm known by my first name. I feel a part of a family and I'm very glad to make the world a better place.
Thank you for the opportunity to make a difference.
Also, It runs with efficiency of the Depot Manager Thea. She always have a kind words to the customers which I appreciate very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hit this recycling depot probably once every couple of months to drop off cardboard and the occasional small electronic. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The last time we were there, the young lady working there actually helped me heave my pile of cardboard into the bin, which was so nice. Plus, she was wearing a mask (as was I), which I really appreciated. Thanks for making recycling such a positive experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a big orange bag so full it couldn't be tied of crushed 4L milk jugs, liquor bottles and beer cans. They only gave me $6.50. RIP OFF!!!!! Unfortunate since I live 1/2 a block away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was awesome, very nice to let us use their toilet. Most bottle depots close their washrooms. They also have warm water. Other bottle depots shut off their hot water. Nice to wash our hands with warm water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lots of carts and trays to cater to their customers. Staff are friendly and fast lineup. The cashier has great customer service! I love how they offered coffee for us. Recommend this place and will come back again.
