Totally useless. They sent a nurse to help my friend with his dying roommate. She refused to change the roommate's diaper, refused to show him how to drain his fluid bag, refused to show how to use the bed sling, even said no reason for patient to take meds! My friend called the hospital and they were stunned to hear it and called Evergreen to complain. Unreal.

The lady who answered my call was not professional, patient nor willing to help; I was just asking if there are flu shot available, and she said no this year; she pulled off the line when I was still asking further; when I called back, she raised her voice and said, I EXPALINED TO YOU, NO, GO TO THE DOCTOR OR PHARMARY, THANK YOU!. really gave me some attitudes. very rude; some supervisors need to involve and train these people to treat people nicely, because you are paid by the taxpayers.

I came to this clinic to get my daughter's 2 month immunizations. Every staff member, from receptionist to nurses, were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Getting in touch with nadra is like asking for a sitting with the pope. My father needs care and she is not assisting us to get it. Our dad is suffering with decreased abilities and vancouver coastal health is allowing staff to neglect patients. who do you get in touch with if people like her and her manager do not get in touch. It's like they dont exist as employees. you call and email and get no reply. I feel like this is a front for some kind of money laundering because employees dont seem to exist and the services not provided. This is a shame on the health care system.

I phoned the public health department last Feb regarding my schedule for immunization. The lady I spoke to was not so accomodating nor helpful. She did not answer my inquiry at all but told me ask the staff in person about my concern. She could have just referred me to someone who can answer my question. Like a public health nurse. At the end, she hang up the phone right away and she sounded like annoyed and irritated from the call. Phone etiquette? How can she work in a community health centre with an attitude like that? Unreal.

I visited this clinic for my baby's 2 & 4 months immunization. The staff calls a day in advance to remind about the vaccination. Lisa was awesome and gave quick 2 month's shots to the baby. For the 4 months vaccination a staff checked the height, weight and head size of the baby and entered it in the child's health passport. It was a calm experience for me and baby on both the occasions. Thank you.

This community health center is aware of elder abuse and the abuse of the disabled. They are supplied recorded evidence of these matters. They do not respond. Be careful of your loved ones in their care. You can call and email and report matters, but they will put up a wall of silence and ignore your care concerns. They will create administrative barriers by not responding to direct questions. They will refer you to patient quality care, but that office will not receive these complaints unless made by the patient. This is traumatizing because if the patient being abused is elderly or disabled, they may not be able to access this care. Ask me for names. I got names of everyone and recordings of these employees allowing abuse to occur. Best thing you can do is if you feel you're not being treated fairly, send them a written complaint. If you do not get a response, or the response you feel is adequate, go to the ombudsoffice and file a formal complaint. You will in fact have done the right thing.
