★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He has been my Doctor for 30 years. I cannot say enough good about him. I know he is reducing his time in office, but the new doctor that he has brought into his practice is very very nice as well. Immensely pleased with the service I have received there over the years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Tobert was my family doctor for 30 years. Never had a personal problem with him. He very dramatically switched me over to a new doctor without ever addressing why. It was very hurtful and rude of him. Now he just ignores me when he sees me in the office. This from the man who gave me stickers as a kid. A man I looked up to. Horrible doctor
