Worst clinic and doctors! Dr. Mandy Karim refused to take me after my last doctor at the same clinic sent an email before he left letting his patients know that Dr. Karim will be taking over his patients. She refused to see me even when I sent the email o received from their clinic that she is my new doctor. Very unprofessional!

Excellent receptionist, very accommodating and friendly. well, I believed If you approach them nicely then you will received a nice gesture in return. I have observed them while i am at the waiting area, on how they worked, they are the " shock absorber" of the clinic, they worked hard . I feel sorry for them when patient start to yell and being rude at them because doctor is behind schedule or sometimes they can not get a sooner appointment. As a patient myself, if you want to be treated nicely... well it always come to us as patient first. Too bad my doctor there left the practice already. I would love to stay at that clinic because they have the nicest receptionist. It's not fair for this people if you give negative comments just because you did not get what you want, The people who always complain are the people who are not happy in their lives, they blame others for their misery. Keep up the good work. you are excellent on what you are doing.

It seems like I am an outlier to the high reviews? With an appointment as a potential new patient. I had you wait another 1+h before being seen. The doctor rushed through my medical history and showed little empathy for my presenting health issues. He ordered blood test and requested a follow-up physical. It was 10min max session. Thankfully some other choices nearby.

I called today for 3 times, someone was literally picking up the phone and smashing it back without speaking. It was so obvious, rude and disturbing, but I was like maybe they have issues with the phone. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I waited few minutes and called again, someone finally answered. I asked why are you guys hanging up on me for the last few times? The receptionist replied (I believe she was Indian) "How can I help you" without responding to my question, explaining or apologizing or or even showing any level of sympathy. I was like wow! Anyways she took my details and promised to call me back but she never did. I'm quite astonished how these people end up working in a health care sector!!?

I find the staff friendly and professional . Lolita and others work hard to put patients at ease and keep them informed. We see Dr. Sree Borra. I feel fortunate to be her patient. She is knowledgable, patient, willing to explain issues, medications, test results and how I can help improve my health. I find her manner is warm and genuine.

I came as a walk in with a lump in my breast and saw Dr. Hajeb. He told me it was not concerning and the reception put me on a list 2 months long waitlist for a follow up ultrasound. I called and begged them to schedule something sooner, which the receptionist thankfully was able to after I literally cried to her. My ultrasound came back concerning and I couldn't get them to schedule a follow up again. Thank goodness my other contacts then allowed me to be directly screened quickly at the BC Cancer Agency, because I have stage 2 breast cancer and the fastest growing type of breast cancer. If I had relied on the staff at this clinic to schedule my follow ups, I would have surely have been metastatic by the time they got around to me and it would not have been cureable. It is not an exaggeration to say that the negligence of this clinic and doctor I saw would have killed me.

Dr. Hajeb is awesome. This review is not for doctors. I am really disappointed with receptionists. During my pregnancy I cried couple times after my appointments. They are ignoring me must of the time! The young receptionist hanged phone 3 times after about 1 hour wait time. I asked for vaccinations report for my son and my daughter. It took her 15 minutes to believe I did their vaccinations there. With really high confidence replied me we don't have it and made me really angry and came back with headache. I have several experiences like that in last one and a half year.

My experience was terrible. This should not happen to me or any one. Receptions are terrible. Doctor was too rush. I am an old patient here at East Blvd location. That was why it allows me to book the appointment online and got confirmed by text message. I called the clinic many times. No one picked up the phone. Once someone answered, but the line was cut. That was why I went online. The receptionist had me waited for 50 minutes in the exam room which was not Dr Lui's exam room. When the doctor was vailable to meet me.Then they moved me to his exam room. Then they hurried into the exam room to have my blood pressure checked which should have been done during that 50 minutes waiting time. Then Dr. Lui came in, greeted me, went to the computer for a second and walked out without say anything to me. The receptionist called me out and told me I was not Dr. Lui patient and told me to book an appointment again with another location. Althought I told the receptionist that I had my blood checked and ultrasound here with Dr.Lui before the COVID-19 outbreak. They said they did not have my record. If that was the issue, they should have checked when I came in. I indeed was the old patient and met Dr. Lui at this location that was why the clinic system allowed me to book the appointment with him. (The sysytem recognized me as an old patient with Dr. Lui) I wasted my time sitting in the clinic for almost an hour, just to be turned down and was told to book an appointment again at another location. Although I got confirmed by text message before I went in. No any apology for unprofessional service. I am a person. My time is important as yours and everyone's else. This should not happen to me or any one. It is not acceptable at all.
