Dr. Hamid Shabbir is one of the best doctor I have ever seen. He really cares about patient, he listens to patient concerns very patiently and explains us and the issues in detail.

I will be launching a complaint against this medical clinic they are so unprofessional they don’t pick up the phone and it’s not that they are even busy!! WORST PLACE TO GO TO!! lady in the front has no knowledge of anything

Dr Shabbir is so knowlediable he listen first and find a solution to your problem not like other I visited who rush just to get the other patient.is it about the money or what I don't get I know they are allowed certain visits per day.excellent DR Shabbir just the wait times are hectic.

Dr. Hamid Shabbir is the best doctor I met so far. He is so knowledgeable and speak very politely every patient. Thank you doctor.

Spoke with the receptionist over the phone. Firstly, she hung up whether by accident or not I'm unsure. I called back again, whilst driving to the clinic for appointment, she called and cancelled. I would have arrived 3 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Terrible service.

Horrible front desk staffs. You will be that luckiest person if someone picks up your call. I tried calling them for many days to book an appointment with my family doctor , Dr. Singh. He had been our family doctor since past few years. We had no issues on booking online/ by phone appointment for our doctor when he was working at the SE Marine drive Superstore clinic. As the Fraser at Caretel medical clinic has become his primary work clinic, I always have trouble to get an appointment. I had been trying to get a hold of them since many days. I left a vm for them yesterday saying please leave a time and date with the appointment coming Saturday, and I will confirm it via phone( in case I miss their call back). Someone, called me back; but, I was unable to pick up the call yesterday as I was at work. But, there was no vm left for me by the staff. I called them back after a while; no response. I continued my attempts again since 10 am today. A while ago, I called at the clinic again. A lady staff picked up the call. I asked her “ why it’s so hard to get a hold of you guys. Hardly anyone picks up the call?”. She answered to me: “ excuse me; this is not a call centre.” , and I was asked to be on hold for a while again. Luckily, she was kind enough to pick back the call, and to offer me an appointment. Seriously?? I told her to be mindful of her language. She responded to me: “ you were rude to me too”!!! I have no clue how to respond to her comments. Any suggestions , management team or any of the viewers here??? Unfortunately, my GP’s name is not showing up on their online appointment booking page. It’s only the other 2 GP’s name popping up. If I had any other option to see my GP in person, I would never step my foot at this clinic. I am a healthcare staff. I do respect all the care they provide. But, this is not the support anyone should receive from a medical clinic.

Dr. Shabbir is knowledgable, professional and most importantly-empathetic. Yes, the reception can be a bit of a gong show-it is a very busy clinic. But he is worth the wait.

Horrible staff with an attitude, and does not listen to the customer. Did not listen to any of the concerns I had. Other Walk-In clinics at Fraser was much better help. Do not recommend this place.
