★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to this place a couple months ago and had a great experience with a male masseuse who also helped me with acupuncture. this time around, i was told there was no acupuncture available but i could still get the same body massage i got last time. the first time i went, the man did a full assessment with me to see where my pain was and what the possible causes of it would be. this time around there was just a lot of yelling between the 2 workers, my massage felt rushed, i did not get the treatment i got last time, it did not last the full 50 minutes and i got forced into tipping by a very angry lady. i’m still in pain, i’m actually in more pain because she was so quick and rough my entire body just hurts now. i will only come back if i can make sure i’m booked with the first masseuse who helped me. the lady who did it this time around shouldn’t be able to massage anyone. i feel scammed out of 80 dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is far above the other spa’s we have visited in Vancouver. The chairs are very comfy, the large window let’s in nice light and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommended Yuen to anyone who hasn’t been here before. Looking forward to our next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many massage places in Vancouver and this is my favorite. Feels like entering a realm of peace, tranquility and true care. I go every week religiously for past 2 months to help with my muscle pain from working a desk job. Leo is very intuitive and his hands are blessed. Amy is an angel and is one of the most talented masseuse I have ever had. Fanny the manager is always very kind and accommodating to my schedule. I brought my mother here who suffers from neuropathy from chemotherapy and she had a great experience too. Very grateful for finding this place.
