Very professional and attentive, very Covid safe, and crystal provides honest opinion what’s best for your skin. I originally went for a more expensive facial but she assessed my skin ans said it wasn’t suitable for today and we should do a cheaper facial (more mositurizing) because that was what she deemed my skin needed. Very honest and professional, will come back!

She gives caring advice for healthy maintenance and upkeep. Prices are fair and reasonable. Safety measures and cleanliness are in place. Thank you Crystal and I will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to see Crystal since she first opened. I haven’t received a facial in many years due to a few bad experiences and I’m really glad I booked an appointment with her. She is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. She listens to your concerns about your skin and picks the best treatment for your skin. Her prices are reasonable and provides after care skin advice. She uses only the best skin products and isn't frugal with it. The spa rooms are immaculately clean, very comfortable and it's a very relaxing space. My skin is never looking better and I've recommended her services to many of my family and friends. She is highly recommended! Book your first appointment and you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Crystal since her beginnings on Victoria Drive. She is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. She cares about her clients and their skin concerns. I have sensitive skin and I am allergic to a lot of products especially very allergic to products containing SPF. Her products contain the highest quality ingredients and my skin never looked better after my appointment! Price points are reasonable and less costly than a high ended spa. Her new space is immaculately clean, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. I have sent many of my family and friends to her, she comes highly recommended :) PS. She does not have full body massages or nail services so the bad reviews about those experiences are false.
