★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has some great employees and some very bad ones. In my experience, sometimes an employee will ask you about your day and throw in an extra wing or wedge if you had a rough one. Sometimes an employee will over charge you for food combos or prepaid cards like SpeakOut and will downplay it when they're called out. Overall I haven't had a delightful experience with this location, but most 7 Elevens are like this and it's not unique to this single location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used UberEats to order items from this shop. However, items were missing when I received and when I called to ask him about my order, he told me they were out of the items, yet I paid for it through UberEats convenience store shopping. This guy didn't bother to call me to let me know like some other shops did if they don't have the items anymore. His excuse was that he was too busy. Be careful using UberEats to order from this 7-11, 3304 Kingsway location. They don't care and they can change the order from their side without notifying you. UberEats also was hesitant to correct the order. Such a waste of time and a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here charge excess during bill. 7-Eleven app shows lesser value and these guys charge higher prices more than $2-3.
Be very careful when ur shopping at this location 7-Eleven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two cashier guy no good, I'm explaining what my problem with the tech deck that i buy they didn't want me to explain they always say no because it's open i want to change the thing that I bought you can see in the picture i cant use it properly because of the wheels you can see it on the picture the screw thing did nothing because the main problem is I cannot tighten the wheels with the metal and I want to replace it but the 2 guys don't want it rude I'm i cashier too every time i have a customer that have a problem with their groceries even though it open already I listen to them carefully but the two guys no no no. You can see the difference on the picture how can i tighten the wheels to that??? I think the picture have a problem if you want to contact Me i can send the picture so rude cashier. As u can see look at the picture that's why i want to return that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water was 2 for 6.50$ but he was charging me 8$ plus tax and bottle deposit which came to 10.50$ even though I showed him the deal. The bald assistant manager refused to give me scanning code of practice. The staff here is rude and doesn’t know how to follow their own deals and discounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here over-charges compared to the 7-Eleven app. They also take your points when you haven’t redeemed them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please be very careful when shopping at this location and always ask for a receipt, checking it before you leave.
